Mikael looked at Star and noticed that Star did not eat anything. After looking at her, Mikael shook his head and walked over to Em. He nuzzled her as he sat down beside her. "Star hasn't eaten. She's taking this pretty hard." Mikael noted as he watched Star lie down next to a tree, only for Clay to come up and ask her to help him with something. Well, if she ever thought that she didn't feel like she was independent enough, now's her chance... He sighed and looked at Em, who was snuggling with Dove, trying to cheer her up after seeing Star being punished.

Dove looked at Star she she followed Clay

" What now. Clay?" she asked she asked stoping beside him.

Em sighed as she focused her meal " dont worry about Star, she has to work on this by herself. She must learn her mistakes.

Star hated to be doing this herself. But she knew that this was part of her harsh punishment. At least hunter didnt kill me for what i've done she thought. yet.

The night wore on and Star was getting weaker fromnot eating fror days. She just ate what was left of the carcasses and then went off to sleep alone.

Em slept wit Mikael and Dove in the new den, but Em was worried about her eldest. More than ever. But she had no right in helping her.

Mikael woke up, snuggled next to Em as morning broke. He looked outside of their den and saw that Star was still there, much to Mikael's relief. That's good... she's still here. He turned back and noticed that Dove was feeling around with her paws in her sleep, noticing that Mikael was no longer there. With a silent chuckle, Mikael walked back over and lied down next to Dove, who was appreciative for the body heat, sleeping for a few more minutes soundly thanks to Mikael. We may have more pups on the way, but we haven't forgotten about you Dove. He looked out one more time at Star, before shaking his head and staying in the den until Dove woke up.

Dove woke up a half hour later, nuzzling Mikael " Dad.. come play..."

Em chuckled " Honey, we need to eat first before any play happens. Go wake your sister up for me, please darling"

" Yes momma" Dove said as she sauntered over to the tree where her sister slept now and an Omega. " Come on sis... come eat..please"

" Leave me alone, Dove. I dont care if I starve to death. If I die, then so be it. " Star snarled as she turned away and fell back asleep

Dove whined as she walked back " she wont eat and swont get up"

Em sighed " Shes going to starve herself to death if she doesnt eat. Mikael... Hunter.. there has got to be something we can do about this. " Em looked from her mate to her Alha to see if either of them had anything to say. " I know its her punishment for life, Hunter to be an Omega... but.." she didnt want to finish what she wanted to say, else be punished as well.

Hunter nodded at what Em was leading on and he turned to Star. "Star, I understand that you are not happy because you are being punished, but you need to eat food so that you can stay healthy. You have to take care of yourself." Hunter said to her, a hint of concern being masked by a stern tone. "I know that Mikael and Em don't want you to do this to yourself, so please, eat something Star." He said, looking into her eyes. Mikael walked over to her to try to nuzzle her, but she stepped away from him. "Star... come on. You may be going through a punishment, but Hunter could have slated you for a lot worse, so please, could you eat something?" Mikael asked, worry plastered on his face.

Star sighed and gave up " Fine. but only 1 meal a day. No more no less" she said as she joined them, eyes on the meal. Im so temped to just run off with Moon.... but Hunter would kill me she thought as she looked at Hunter. She could see is expression being worried " I know that look, Hunter... stop it. I dont need simpathy from you or any one. I haven't gone to Moon at all. So you can stop thinking I need a babysitter. I still love her though."

She slowly ate till she thought she felt full.

Mikael watched Star eat and was content with how much she had. He whispered thank you to her before seeing Hunter walk over to Daria, who was worried about something. Oh no... has something happened to her pups? Clay walked over and talked to her, before they left and entered Clay's den. Please, please, please... just let them be okay. He turned around and found Em, who was talking to Star, but after a few failed attempts to strike up a conversation, she eventually gave up and walked back to Em, who was cleaning her pelt. "Are you getting excited for the pups Em? I honestly can't wait for them to come." He licked Em's face before looking at Star. "I'm worried for Star: if Hunter pushes her too much, she may just leave the pack entirely."

Em sighed before smiling " Im very excited, babe" she nuzzled him lieingly " its her problem if she gets forced to leave. Shes been acting like.... Lilac... since I found out about the baby. So its up to her if she wants to leave the pack and go to live on her own. She wont survive of course, but its up to her, not me now"

Em snarled " you think I wont last out there, mother? Want proof?" her eyes were sad, but angry at the same time.

Star then walked off, walking towards the Lightbringers... but she stopped.. no.. I cant. I promised Alpha.

She dig her nails into the snow to keep herself from walking forward, and just, dropped.

Em noticed and howled "STARDUST!" And began to run to her.

Mikael saw Star drop and his heart sank. No... please no... Mikael rushed over to Star's side but he didn't really know what to do. Dove was nuzzling her, trying to get a response from her sister. "CLAY!" Mikael bellowed. Clay poked his head out of his den and his eyes went wide when he saw Star lying on the ground. "What's wrong with her?" Mikael asked him, incredibly worried about his rebellious daughter. Clay looked her over before looking at Mikael.

Clay sighed as he felt for a pulse and heart beat " shes still alive, thank goodness... but I wont know for sure until I get to take care of her for a few hours, Mikael. Shes weak prolly from not eat alot the past week"

He gently dragged her into his den and began to care for her. He hated it, but it had to be done.

Em tilted her head towards Mikael" Another walk babe?" she asked licking his ears " Maybe we should go chat with her girlfriend."
