Bluejay stepped back with Luna, understanding the news and how shocking it was. He didn't know what to do so he just stood their, while he felt everything crumble around him. "We should get over the river to spend the night so I can see everything. If you don't want to go and instead talk with Cin, I completely understand." He lowered his head as he felt bad for her.

Luna looked at Blue Jay. "I wouldnt even know what to say to him. I-i need time to think about what to say" she replied before she looked back at Maya who was already heading back to Storm Pack's camp. The white female looked at Blue Jay again. "I will try talking to him when we go back." She looked at the river before she got ready to cross, waiting for Blue Jay.

He nodded to her not really knowing what to say. "Okay, all in good time then." She was waiting for him to cross the river so we took some steps back smiled to his parents ran and leaped across, not wanting to be wet at night in the cold. He looked back to Luna as he slowly followed, not want to get lost.

Luna lead the way into the StormPack camp and she watched as a few of the wolves backed up, avoiding eye contact with her as they assumed she was now no longer an omega. She watched them then look at Blue Jay before she heard Maya speak. "The packs will be merging tomorrow, but Nyra will no longer be leading as she has proven to me she cannot be trusted to do so. Instead, Blue Jay will be the alpha of the packs. I expect you all to treat him with respect." She turned to Luna. "As for you Luna, I know you never had the chance to prove yourself as more than an omega, but I would like Blue Jay to pick which rank he thinks suits you best" she said as she bowed her head to Blue Jay, and the rest of Storm Pack following suit.

He followed and as he was introduced to everyone Maya made a speech. He nodded his head to her and everyone else as everyone bowed, the whole thing making him feel awkward and over important. "Please, stand. Tonight just treat me as you would another member of your pack as I am not alpha yet." He chuckled trying to calm himself, but he could see everyoneglancing at eachother. He knew it wasn't working so he continued. "I want to learn and see as much as I can." He looked to Maya and Luna. Luna knew what it was like in his Pack. And he knew she knew it was nothing like this one. It wasn't as simple as alpha beta omega. He hoped down and hoped Luna followed suit. He now knew what she felt like her first day in his home.

Luna gave a grateful nod to Maya before she followed Blue Jay. "I think the pack is shocked you arent taking over with Nyra" she whispered with a small chuckle. To Luna, Nyra deserved every last bit of punishment she could get, but even a small idea popped into her head. "Blue Jay, would you be willing to help me play a prank on Nyra" she asked, a smile on her face. She kept close to him as she heard a small growl come from another pack member before Luna glared to them, showing she wasnt the same as when she left.

Bluejay walked with her. Feeling odd but good. "I think your right." He said as he watched everyone's face watch him and Luna. Then when someone growled he watched as Luna put them in their place and he gently pushed her, just a small level of contact, but it made him feel better. "No, I don't think that would be wise. Who knows what she would do to you back, and clearly Maya wants this to happen." He thought back to what she said about choosing a mate and looked to Luna. A though crept into his mind. I really shouldn't. They kept walking till it was just them and couldn't see anyone.

Luna gave a small nod. "I understand, but if you change your mind." She leaned closer to whisper to Blue Jay so others couldnt hear. "When you are the alpha, you tell her she's an omega, just to see the look on her face, though not actually make her one" she said before she walked straight again. "I know it probably sounds silly, but I would just love to see her face on that." Luna shook out her pelt before she sat down. "Alright, I know you saw the main camp there, if we keep going this way, it's their training grounds, just to the left are the dens, and they get a little crowded, to the right is the prey pile, and there is always a guard there."

He turned to her and his eyes got big. "No! That's not what you do with power." He began laughing at how bad he thought of that idea before breathing himself to a calmness. "You don't abuse power to make others suffer. You use power to help build and lift others around you. Not tear them down." I thought those couple days in camp showed her the good and right way to do things. Truth be told he expected more from her. But seeing as she just learned a hole bunch of overwhelming information he let it go and kept following her. When she pointed in directions he looked and payed close attention. Making mental notes. She said the dens are overcrowded, we can make more. When she showed the direction of the training grounds he nodded, knowing he would have to check those out personally. Then she said the food was guarded. "Why, do they hunt more then necessary and keep the extra for themselves, or do they not allow lower ranking members food?" This truly puzzled him. He looked back at the guards, seeing how he could easily over power them as he was practically double their size. He looked around at the others and quickly saw he was larger then a lot of them.

Luna looked at Blue Jay before she playfully nudged him. "I'm not saying to abuse your power, but show her how it feels to be an omega for a moment, maybe make her actually see she was wrong to treat anyone lower than her the way she did" she said, showing she didn't mean it to be more than a lesson with a small prank. When he asked about the guards Luna gave a small sigh. "It's to keep lower ranks from eating eating before the alphas say they can. Alpha, Beta, healer, then whatever rank they think should eat next does. Omegas eat last, if there is anything left" she replied. She remembered a few time where she didn't eat because Nyra made sure others ate more than their fair share.
