The young princess smiled, blushing at the praise he offered. "Oh, you flatter me, my king," she teased, though there were notes of seriousness in her voice. Isadora squealed softly, her excitement finally bubbling out. "I actually did it!" She giggled, a soft gasp following as Juno shifted his weight beneath her. She steadied herself, her legs wrapped around the animal in a gentle yet firm manner. "This is so much better feeling than side-saddle," she shook her head, her gaze still settled on Xevon. "I quite look forward to learning what more you have to show me," she grinned, reaching with one of her hands to pat the strong neck of the animal beneath her.

Xevon shrugged lightly with a sly grin back at the princess. His hazel eyes glittered for a moment or two, a somewhat sly emotion. But the expression was quick to flee, as Juno shifted his weight from one hoof to a resting position. The young man chuckled softly, and nodded as she mentioned riding side-saddle. "It is," he confirmed. "Next, balance. The more you get used to what's going on, the better," he explained and began to guide Juno into a slow walk around the clearing. "Horses have a sort of bounce to them when they're walking, sometimes it's side to side, other times it's more up and down, but it's not like a carriage."
