She gave a deep sigh. "But I did get a choice. I was scolded like a child stealing a dessert or snack. Then given the choice to go into a bright light, dark pit, or back here. I chose here. Then I was told I wouldn't get the option to choose next time." She tried explaining but didn't exactly know how. "Like I saw my body, and the both of you carrieng it. The voice that told scolded me is best described as warm. Or fatherly and comforting, and undeniably powerful." She looked down as she gave up on describing it. Instead she just listened. Not knowing what to say she gave a look of joyful understanding. "Thank you." She didn't know how to reply to all of that. Just she didn't. She saw herself as broken, ruined, wasted. "And without question I would do the same for him." She looked to his bright face, so much more different then when she first saw him. First he was so cold and distant. Not wanting anything to do with anyone. And to be fair she couldn't blame him for that. People are awful. But now he just seemed alive. Like a warmth that shouldn't be wasted. That's why he was starting to get on her nerves. She stood up and walked over to him. She could feel her crimson eyes burning as she grabbed his shoulders and gave them a firm shake. "No. If I am in harms way. And it would threatene your well being. Promise me you will turn the other cheek. Noatter how much it pains you." She let go of his shoulders and kept eye contact though he was a solid 7 inches taller then her. "I would never be able to forgive myself or live with the guilt if you threw yourself into something i started and died to save me. Promise me you wouldn't do that." She wasn't going to budge, in all trueth she was debating on if she had to literally fight him on this. "I'm replaceable. Both to Athelstan, my job. Your not." She didn't know how to make it clearer. She dropped her voice to an almost silent wisper as she realized she was almost taking it a notch to high. "I wouldn't be able to forgive you, if you died and left me here." She reached her hand up to his cheek and turned to sit back on the rock.

She watched him look in wonder at the ornat bottle glass bottle of water, take a sip, and hand it back. "Cool right?" She closed it and put it back in the bag. Her attention on how overly decorative the glass seemed. "If that's the case then they are very confusing in their signals." She giggled as she went digging in her bag again. Where is it? Turning the bag upside down she dumped all of the contents out. The glowing water, a pulsing gem on a chain, a deep red knife. "Ha. Here." From the pile of stuff she pulled out a deep green glossy eye. It looked like it was made of glass then it blinked. Or rather winked as it was only one. She handed it to him. "Now isn't that neat." Under its glass like surface was the eye. It had veins, that looked like they where glowing, and the iris and pupil moved. "This I got from an abandoned temple of the gorgon sisters. And old made walked from behind a stature and said he had no more use of it and gifted it to me. He never told me it's porous though."

Adonis

He kept carving the meat, careful not to cut himself by accident which he knew was probably going to happen eventually. He gave a small whistle. Letting Ammenadile know it was time to eat. "Now, I know you want this entire thing, but I need food too." He chuckled as he handed a piece of meet the size of his hand to his precious companion. He could hear the enjoyment she was getting out of him interacting with Ammenadile and looked at her. "Aye, I'm pretty sure you two have influenced eachother." He looked over to Solace who simply could be described as sour looking, or in general displease with the situation. "Now how, I don't think I'll know. But if you've been together for a while there's no questioning it." He stated plainly as she told him the stag didn't want any. "If he changes is mind just let me know. I have no issues with sharing a meal." He cut himself a piece finally and bit in. He could taste the juices and spice. So well flavored. Perfection. He took a deep sigh of pure bliss. Not to salty or savory and that flavore. "This is just." He cheff kissed the air "Flawless." He took each bite like the first one till he finished it.

Thalia

Listening to Mystica she didn't know what she was supposed to do. What am I supposed to do with that information? She didn't dare talk back to the dragon though, she wasn't that stupid. She gave a sigh as the dragon roped her tail around her gently. "If so, the gods have one incredibly round about way of making that clear." She gave a relaxed sigh as Mystica removed her tail. "And I'm beginning to think they really should offer instructions instead of just handing something and disappearing. Wouldn't it make more sense instead of having every tiny detail be a test?" Rubbing her eyes and giving stiffled laughter she would admit she was tired of the Gods antics. Just seemed childish and silly. She wanted to add some smart remarks showing distain or disrespect to the Gods but she knew better. And she didn't want to try her hand hand escaping their clutches.

Her eyes kept bright as he took the glass eye... thing. In all trueth she didn't know what it was, how it worked, why it moved or what it was even called. All she knew was it looked pretty damn cool. So she kept it. And yes she knew how incredibly simple that logic was but she didn't care. Who in there right mind would pass up the chance to keep a magical globe eyeball thing. "Honestly, not a clue. Though I think it can track movement, recognize faces, or something along those lines." She shrugged her shoulders showing she didn't know much else about it. "And I can't find mention of it anywhere. At all. It just is." Looking down at all of her collective things she smiled to herself, realizing that was the case with most of these things.

As she stepped away she could immediately see the pain she caused. How he choked on his tears that where already streaming down his face. The muscles in his throat tightening. She watched them fall directly to the ground, one at a time as hebtried to hold each back. She lowered her head in disguste and disappointment in herself. She took a step closer to him and before she knew what she had done she was hugging him. Not wanting him to feel pain. On any type. Don't cry, it ruins me to see you in pain. I promise, I promis. I won't let go until everything that troubles you dissappears. "You won't have to fight any Gods. Okay?" She didn't know how to comfort someone. She didn't really have to. She could really feel how little he was actually breathing now. The heartbreak in his voice. She reached her hand up and wiped his tears. "Its not as simple as letting. Just." She was having trouble getting the words out as she could feel herself choking up now. "I just don't want you to blame yourself or anyone else if and when I pass." She combed her fingers threw his hair in an effort to further calm him down.

Looking out to the sea she gave a thoughtful and long sigh, not really knowing how to respond. In honesty she was kinda surprised she was able to hold a conversation with the great dragon for this long any ways. "Well, if you think it's not about the accomplishments but rather the journey, why put obstacles in the way for you to accomplish?" She hoped she wasn't being to bold the question Mystica on this thought, she didn't want to be rude or disrespectful. She just didn't understand.

As she watched Caligo drop the eye into the sand when he wrapped his own arms around her she didn't have a care in the world for it. She could feel his body stiffen and become rigged as he tried to keep it together, try to not seemingly fall apart or look week. As he exhaled she felt how shaky his whole body was. Like shivers pulsing from his very core. She could feel him wanting to collapse. But demanding himself to remain firm. She didn't feel sorry or pity for him. But empathy. As he hugged her tighter she kept running her fingers threw his white short curly hair till she felt tears creeping slowly, silently, down her cheek. She went to wipe her eyes and realized the tears whernt hers, but wher his. She reached her hand from his hair to his cheek and wiped them away as she made a silent vow. I promise, I PROMIS, I will not go, till everything that ails you dissappears. She put her head against his chest and could hear his heart beat. So fast and rhythmic, not matching his breath at all. Now she WAS crying, like him it was silent, still, but not at all hollow. But rather a deep soulful cry of desperation as she knew she needed him for as long as he wished to stay. In a voice so raspy and coated in anguish it was hardly detectable she heard him wisper. She leaned in closer to him and hugged him tighter as her own throat began to tighten and more difficult to breath. "I swear, for as long as you want to, you can be by my side. And I'll be by yours." She looked up at him and stood up on the tip of her toes, just able to look him in his pale eyes, like the moon. She took a small moment, and leaned in closer to him and gently kissed his cheek. Putting her arms around his shoulders instead of his torso. She rested her still crying chin over his shoulder. "I. I. I don't. Can't. Can't afford to loose you. Ever. At all. I just don't want to go, or for your to go." As her words became less concise and properly to the point odly enough she felt more clear that way. Like the imperfection was perfect. Like everything in that moment was perfect.

Adonis

He finished up his food and wrapped the rest in burlap and put it in his bag for later. Normally after eating he would clean everything up immediately. But then he turned to Era and shook his head softly to himself. Her wonderfully blond hair and eyes that shined like diamonds. So effortless in her looks and yet so flawless. Her voice so precious her speech sounded like a hundred songs. "You've brought that silly old deer a lot. You've no doubt shown him kindness, love, and you've certainly shown him beauty." As soon as he said it he dropped his head as a black covered his face with a mischievous smile. He felt something grip his shoulder and looked to see the glint of Ammenidiles talons. He reached his other hand up and pet the top of his head. He reached into the pouch he sealed up and gave him a nice large piece. He motioned for him to hop down and sit on his leg that was cris crossed and he obliged. "I know what you mean, most of the time he is very well mannered but sometimes yes just a mess. It's alright though, he would never leave me. Just as I would never leave him." He continued to pet the top of his head while he tore and slurped up his food.

Daphne

Thinking his reaction to Ajax humerus she kept petting the lion. He started chuffing with delight like a simple housecat. "He is certainly not above being petty." She laughed and she stopped petting him, only causing the lion to reach his paw out for her to continue. "See, a walking child." She rolled her eyes at the beast. When he had apologized to him she couldn't help but giggle more and look up at him. She smiled softly at him and scooted closer to him in the grass. Looking at him she was given the exact same expression, she noticed his delayed reaction and didn't mind at all. Now she was right up next to him. "It certainly fine now." She said softly as she leaned against him, resting her head on his shoulder.
