He didn't thoroughly wash his body or his hair, to save soap, of course. He simply just gave his body a quick scrub before rinsing it off. Turning off the water, he let his arm outside of the makeshift shower curtain to find the boxers he just had on. Since they weren't that dirty, he used it to dry off, nobody was watching him so he didn't care. Once he was dry he slipped on his new boxers before stepping out of the shower. He walked over to the clothes that he had hung up the previous day to see if they were dry yet, they weren't. With a sigh, he made his way back to the warehouse door. He wished that they were dry with all the injuries that were clearly visible on his skin. The girls would definitely tell something was up, also probably with the way they will act. Finn knew it was going to be hard to be around him, and it would be so very clear. Finn swallowed thickly, determined to not let the girls figure anything out. It wasn't an issue, but he had a feeling Raihn wouldn't want them to know. ' As soon as Finn stepped foot into the warehouse his eyes locked onto Raihn. He was in his spot, not near the fire or back in the tent. Of course, he was being distant, and it was clear to Finn whenever he looked at Raihn that he didn't want distance. Forcing himself to look elsewhere, he started for his tent. Once he got close enough he threw the boxers inside before turning to face the fire. Now what, he asked himself. The silence was killing him, along with the headache. To keep himself busy, he got some water and decided to try and clear the mess he made just outside the door. It wasn't too big of a deal but he didn't really want anyone stepping in it. He threw the water down to try and wash it away, and surprisingly it was somewhat effective. He decided it was good enough and returned to the burnt out fire.

Raihn watched as Finn moved around the warehouse, and could tell that he was trying hard to look unaffected. It was painfully obvious in the way he avoided looking at him for too long, how he threw himself into cleaning up outside, like that was the most important thing in the world right now. He didn't like it but what he hated more was how it made his chest feel tight. Swallowing thickly he moved to sit down once his pants were on and let his gaze fall to his lap. Keeping his distance was the right call. The only call. But that didn't mean it didn't hurt like hell, honestly, he felt like he was making a big mistake. But regardless of what choice he made, he would be losing. He wasn't sure what was worse, the heat that he could still feel from the night he'd just shared with Finn, how it lingered between them, or the way Finn was pretending it didn't exist. ` Exhaling slowly he lifted a hand to rub at his temples. His head was pounding, a dull reminder of how much he had let himself slip last night. That was the real problem, wasn't it? The fact that he had let himself get carried away. That he had let his guard down when should never, ever let his guard down. But even knowing that he wanted to go to Finn. Swallowing thickly he felt his fingers twitch at his sides, an impulse he crushed before it could become anything more. Instead, he just sat there, his emerald gaze on Finn, watching though he did his best to pretend not to.

The urge and desire to talk to him, to be in his arms, to kiss him, was so strong. It was so hard to manage, not knowing whether to go over to Raihn or stay where he was. It was Raihn's choice to go sit over there and not by the fire, not Finn's. Raihn was going to have to come to Finn, but Finn didn't know how much longer he would be able to keep that mindset. With a sigh, Finn got up, going against himself. He grabbed two cups and filled them up with water before walking over to Raihn. He sat down slightly beside him but facing him and set down a cup closer to Raihn. "Last night," Finn began, unsure if he could finish his sentence. "Are we going to talk?" Finn then spoke, his voice quiet. His heart was beating quite quickly from his nerves, but also from being so close to Raihn. His feelings for him have skyrocketed in the past 12 hours, and he was unsure how to control them.

Raihn let his gaze fall to the cup that Finn had placed in front of him. He hesitated a long moment before he slowly moved to pick it up. He watched as the water rippled inside it from his unsteady hands. He hadn't realized how tightly he was gripping it until he forced himself to loosen his fingers. He should say something, no, he needed to say something. But his mind was at war with itself. Finn was sitting here, trying to talk and lessen the awkwardness and uncertainty between them. Raihn wanted to allow him to do so, he wanted to be able to talk, to openly discuss what had happened last night, and to look into Finn's eyes. But what exactly could he say? That last night had been a mistake? That it had meant nothing to him? Both would be the best and smartest choice of words and yet both couldn't be farther from the truth. Swallowing thickly, his throat feeling uncomfortably dry, he gave a slight nod, though found himself unable to lift his eyes from the cup in his hands. ` "Yeah." He said after a long moment of silence, his voice low and quiet. "We should talk." He added. His heart thudded against his ribs, but it had nothing to do with nerves. It was instinct, it was survival screaming at him to shut this down before it became something dangerous. Before it became something he couldn't walk away from. You can't have this, his mind whispered to him. You know that. It continued. Why? Because Finn didn't know? Because he didn't know that Riahn had spent the last four months running, that every town, every backroad, and every shadow was something to be wary of. He didn't that somewhere out there, people were looking for him, dangerous people, and if they ever found him... it wouldn't end with a friendly conversation. Not for himself, and certainly not for anyone who was close to him. Clenching his jaw he bit at his bottom lip before exhaling sharply. "I don't regret it." He admitted after a long pause. His voice was steady, but it felt like he was holding something back like there was a weight pressing against his ribs. "But I don't know if it should have happened." He added. The moment those words left his mouth, he hated them. Not because they weren't true, but because they weren't enough. ` Finn wasn't just some distraction. What they had shared last night wasn't just a night of blurred passion. It had been more, something that made Riahn's carefully built walls feel like they were paper thin and ready to collapse if he let them. And he couldn't let them, not if he wanted to save himself. Taking in a slow breath, he shook his head and attempted to organize his thoughts. A task far easier said than done considering they were all over the fucking place. "I don't... do this..." He started. "Not with people I don't know. Not like that..." He said, pausing only long enough to feel a dry and humorless chuckle leave him. "Hell, I don't even do shit like that with people I do know." Ever since that night, he didn't have the luxury of getting close to anyone. Not when he was now constantly having to look over his shoulder. Not when he had no idea where he'd be in a month, a week, a day... And yet, sitting here, with Finn, he couldn't make himself regret it. ` Setting the cup down, Raihn lifted his fingers and ran them through his hair, exhaling roughly as he did so. "I just... I don't know if I can-" He cut himself off before he said too much before he let anything real slip. Finn didn't need to know... no, he couldn't know about the situation Raihn was in. They had just met for god's sake, and he wasn't sure he could trust him with the kind if information he had. Even if he knew Finn better than he did, he wasn't sure he'd be able to tell him for the sole reason that the moment he shared something, even the smallest of details, Finn would be caught up in the hell that Raihn was having to live in.

Finn listened as Raihn spoke, expecting everything that he said. The one thing that surprised Finn was how Raihn didn't regret it. Cocking his head, he thought deeply about what Raihn said. There had to be more, Finn just knew there was more, but he wasn't going to pry. It was clear that Raihn didn't want it to happen again, and those words cut deep. Finn was craving to feel Raihn again, so hearing that made his chest hurt. He tried his best to conceal his emotions, not wanting to let Raihn know how he truly felt. "Yeah, no worries dude. We all like a quick fuck." Finn said, patting Raihn's shoulder before getting up. Turning around he started to make his way to the fire. On the outside, Finn seemed okay, but on the inside, he really wasn't. Last night wasn't just a quick fuck to him, it was so much more. Since it was so much more, expressing that to Raihn after this conversation would be pointless and embarrassing. Finn was a little bit relieved that they got the conversation out of the way, because now, things hopefully wont be awkward between them.

Feeling the pat on his shoulder felt almost like a slap to the face. Still, Raihn didn't flinch, he didn't move, but something inside of him cracked the second Finn turned away. Damn it, this was the reason he didn't do shit like this, especially now... He knew what Finn was doing, and could tell that the guy was playing it off as being nothing more than a casual and meaningless hookup. A quick fuck, as he had put it. The words settled like lead in Raihn's stomach, twisting into something sharp and bitter. He'd done this before, shutting people down and keeping them at arm's length, but somehow hearing Finn do it felt worse. He wanted to stop him, wanted to reach out and grab his wrist to say something, anything... but what could he say? He'd already said what he needed to, made sure this ended here as painful as that was. Stopping Finn from leaving now would only make the situation all the more confusing and painful. ` Clenching his jaw, he curled his fingers into his palms as he stayed rooted in place. He couldn't afford to want this. Couldn't afford to want Finn. So, he just sat there, staring at the fire and watching Finn move away from him like it didn't matter. It was for the best, he told himself. It had to be for the best, because maybe if Finn believed it was nothing he would stop looking at him like he wanted more, like Raihn could give him more. Because if he were being honest, that look left Raihn with the realization that he wanted to give him more, god how he wanted to. Wanting something though, didn't mean he could have it, and no matter how much he might want Finn for more than one night, he could allow himself to have him. He couldn't risk Finn's life like that. ` Sighing he closed his eyes and did his best to shove aside the emotions he felt for the male. Instead, he turned his thoughts to what he was going to do when his ankle was healed enough to be able to support his weight. He couldn't stay here for a multitude of reasons if last night had been any indication. No, he needed to get as far from here as quickly as possible. The train was certainly an option, and considering they were close to some tracks, perhaps he could catch a ride on one.

Finn wanted Raihn to grab him, or ask him to turn around, but it didn't happen. It felt like the knife was twisting in his chest, refusing to stop. Finn now needed to keep reminding himself that it was going to be better this way, even if it didn't feel like it in the moment. Once he made it to the fire, he wanted to just curl up and go back to sleep, blocking off the outside world. Without looking back, he crawled back into his tent, only half-turning around to close the zipper. He let his shoulders drop as relief washed over him, relief didn't take away any pain he was feeling though. From the headache and nausea to the burn of Raihns words, Finn was not having it today. It wouldn't be a productive day that was for sure, the girls would probably be in bed all day anyway. Laying down, he couldn't stop replaying Raihn's words. He didn't regret it but then said he didn't if he could, what did that mean? Closing his eyes, he attempted to shut his brain off.

Despite his best efforts to look anywhere, everywhere else but at Finn, Raihn's green gaze continued to fall back on the male, as if there was some invisible pull. He watched as Finn moved from the fire and back into the tent. Then he watched as Finn closed the door, shutting out the world and locking himself away behind the fabric of his tent. The sight hurt, god it hurt, especially because Raihn knew his words and his actions had likely had a part to play in Finn's retreat. It has to be this way. He reminded himself. It had to be this way for everyone's sake. Self-preservation meant he couldn't get involved, last night as amazing, as wonderful, as beautiful as it had been, would not happen again. He couldn't let it. His heart could curse him for the rest of his days, but he would not yield to it. Maybe if things were different, maybe if his life wasn't hell and his death just around the corner, maybe if he was still the college kid with his ambitions, dreams, and hopes still intact, things could have worked. Letting out a groan he closed his eyes and tipped his head back against the wall. He didn't know the guy, not really, hell they had just met, and sure they had fucked, but that was it. Why... why did he have to find himself fighting against an emotional and physical entanglement now, of all times... It was almost funny, almost being the key word, that it was here while he was trying to survive when so many people wanted him dead, that he found the possibility of a relationship he had always longed for. ((bleh, another short and shitty post... sorry... >.>))

His head was throbbing, he knew it'd be, and he told himself he wouldn't drink as much as he did last night, but of course, he betrayed himself. His hangovers consisted of throwing up as soon as he wakes up, which was uncomfortable but not that bad, and then having a rager headache the rest of the day, or almost the rest of the day. He was now just being reminded of why he didn't drink much, the headache made him feel terrible, and quite irritable. He couldn't take it anymore, bolting up he immediately started going through the bags that were inside his tent. He found the ibuprofen they had, it only had 3 left. Assuming the girls might be a bit hung out, he took one and swallowed it dry. Now it was just time to wait, maybe knowing the pill might help soon would him relax more.

Raihn didn't attempt to reach out to Finn, and even if he were to put in the effort he found himself doubting that he would get a response. After several moments, and attempting to ignore the pain thundering behind his eyes and throughout his head, he forced himself to relax. How long would it take for his ankle to be strong enough to support him? A week... two? He didn't want to think about having to remain stuck here for more than two weeks. The longer he was in one place the more dangerous things became. Yeah, he was kind of in the middle of nowhere, relatively far from the main part of the city and not somewhere people typically went looking, but that didn't mean it was safe. Sooner or later the people after him would come snooping and when they did... well, he sure as hell didn't want to be anywhere near here when they did. Swallowing thickly he shifted and opened his eyes, his green hues falling on the cup of water at his side. He was still for a moment before he moved to sit up. Grabbing the cup he looked at the clear fluid before bringing it to his lips to take a sip.
