Thalia . She exhaled deeply as the beasts scorched the sand, causing it to pop as they walked, and leaving a chard mess in their wake. She inhaled the salty air and relaxed, she held up her sword and dagger as she crouched. The first one did just as she predicted and she ducked under it, making a large incision from it's neck, all the way down. It collapsed. The second one was bigger and as she cut the first one went behind her. She could only feel its heat that radiated and the popping and burning of the sand. She turned to the ashy creature with molten eyes. In her mind she could here it taunting her. Iv killed elves before. And Nymphs, im just dieing to try you. She made a grimace at it. "Then die you will." She stepped forward and didn't loose eye contact with him. Circle, circle, step forward, circle circle... NOW. She stepped forward as he did and put her blade threw his head as he dagger hit his neck. Suddenly she felt something odd on her side. She sat down and looked under her shirt. Blood. Golden and hot. Her skin slightly smoldering. "Not again." Athelstan, Mystica, anyone. Help me. She got up and tried to stagger to the water. Anyone, my bag has an herb, it hurts to much to move, place it on my wound. She didn't make it to the water before she passed out besides the dead man.

Caligo The dark elven prince couldn't bear to watch, his gaze was frozen on her as he was stricken with terror, every time he saw the jaws of the beasts snap, every claw movement and lunge, he feared the worst. but as he saw her have to face the last beast, his heart fell, his world freezing to slow motion as he saw that attack, watching as she was wounded, his heart dropped. his whole body ached for her in an agonizing worry, and he didn't hesitate. without a thought as he saw her fall to the ground, he jumped. just jumped. falling to the earth. his arms spread wide, the question of what he was doing? the logic behind it all? no, all he thought was he had to get to her. the thought of, perhaps he could die, he would certainly die from this choice, never crossed his mind. Mystica took a bit to realize he had jumped, her eyes focused on Thalia, listening to her request but then her gaze flickered towards something falling. her eyes went wide and she glanced at her back to see caligo missing and roared in a panic, the roar rumbling through the skies like thunder as she folded her wings tight to her body, falling as fast as she could towards her son, he looked as if he had no fear, looked as if he had done this a thousand times and as if he didn't know what pain was, as if he believed he'd land like a feather upon the ground. she dove as quick as she could but it wasn't quite enough. they were getting too close to the ground now. the pines were getting dangerously close and caligo was only a hair away. she wouldn't have time to brace herself into flight again. shed have to crash. she roared in desperation as her sons foot was just at her snout, just before diving into the trees, her jaws came closed on his pant leg and she was able to wrap herself around him as she fell, the crash was terrible, she ran into several trees, leaving her own scales behind as she knocked trees down in her path of destruction, uprooting trees and snapping them as she finally came to a stop, a cloud of dust encasing the area, and she had just missed Thalia by a few tree lengths. the dragon breathing heavily unfolded her wings as she tried checking on caligo but he was already crawling out, rushing towards Thalia, by her side in the blink of an eye he brushed a hand across her face, moving the hair from her eyes as his gaze glazed over with tears of worry and panic, his attention drifting towards the boiling wound on her side, "Thalia? speak to me... come on..." he frowned and glanced around frantically with a whisper, "hang in there for me, ive got you... damn, why'd you have to play hero on me..." His gaze came to her satchel as Mystica slowly limped over, the membrane of her wing had been ripped and she had a branch stuck in the palm of her front claw, but she nosed the satchel until she nudged out a herb, nosing it towards caligo before gently lifting Thalia's body in her jaws and limping towards the river, setting her down in the small pool near the river bank to clean it up. Caligo rushed over with them, having the herb in hand as he looked down at her in sorrow and worry, gently washing the wound in the water, making sure the leaves and dirt were all removed, careful not to damage or hurt her any more as he took the herb out and mashed it against some stones into a pulp, gently applying it before taking his own shirt off his back to wrap it with, making sure to wrap it firmly enough to where itd help stop the bleeding, carefully picking her up in his arms after and placing her onto Mystica's back with a gentle whisper, "your gonna be alright, Thalia, don't give up on me now." he said as he hopped onto mysticas back and they slowly headed towards home, Caligo keeping her upright as he held an arm around her to keep her secure as mystica limped them back.

Thalia . She saw a blinding and comforting light. Warm and welcoming. Behind her a dark pit, empty hollow and cold. And to her left she saw herself, and Caligo and Mystica, they heard her. But the light was amazing. She looked to her side and saw their was no injuries. She looked up and it was all white. "Where am I?" She turned in circles, round and round and round. A loud voice boomed, like Zues himself was speaking. "You, my child, are in between realms. You shouldn't be here." He didn't seem mad, just like he was naturally loud. "I'm sorry, but the last I remember was im assuming before that." She pointed to Caligo helping her, and Mystica. Limping and in pain. What have they done. "I have to go back, please!" The voice chuckled. "It is up to you." She just stared at the welcoming light, taking a step to it, and then shaking her head no violently. "Please, I have so much to do. I choose to go back." There was silence and creepy unpleasantly long silence. "As you wish, but next time, you don't get a choice." She didn't even think twice. "Deal! Now Please send me back." . She gasped for air and shiverd. She could feel the herb working, and the cold river water, and the warmth of Caligo and Mystica. She looked up at him, seeing determination alone. "I said stay for a reason." She made a poor attempt at chuckling before she realized she could feel Mysticas limp as she walked. "If it is alright with you, she spoke just above a wisper, and gasped between each word. I can tell him which medicines to get, and what to remove to heal your wounds." She let a hand fall and tilted her head to see how bad it was. "I owe you both my life." As she inhaled again she shook. She tried to look around to find Athelstan, but couldn't see him. She leaned in closer to Caligos chest, a lot warmer then anyone would expect, as his armor and shirt were removed to apply pressure to her wound and keep her from bleeding out. A tear formed in her crimson eyes and went down her cheek softy and fell into her firey hair, as her hand that fell went to feel the shirt in the way of the injury. As her mind drifted into a weird state of delirium, the last thing she uttered before going to sleep came softly. "The towns book keeper ows me 8,000." And she fell asleep

Era the young elven lady's bright sunlit gaze sparkled in delight at the words that made her leap into the trees with a rushed excitement, "Right now." and with that, the game was on. she lept over branches and landed on stronger ones, using the branches around her for support, leaping from treetop to tree top, leaving no footprints on the ground to be found, but her direction, was easy to hear. she knew this though. she kept in mind where she was going and where he was, making him the axis of her map as she continued far enough away where the sound of her movements couldn't be heard, then she plucked a few hairs from her head and let them float down the opposite direction she had turned before circling around to find a large cavity within a large oak trunk, curling up inside of it and bending the branches to cover the entrance as she stayed still, in wait, but little did she know, her long hair had been peeping out from the entrance of the tree cavity and if one looked hard enough, they would see the bright golden strands flickering in the sunlight as the breeze blew by as they stuck through the branches that hid her body.

Caligo Caligo nearly jumped as he heard her gasp of air, it was as if her own breath of life brought his mind back to reality "I said stay for a reason." but with those words he shook his head with a worrisome gaze, "don't do that again... please..." he said gently as he hadn't caught the humor, closing his eyes a moment as he took a moment to breathe. he had been holding his breath every few seconds from the knot in his stomach with the thought of her not waking back up to the point his chest hurt. although what he had done and how he had gotten to her was a bit of a blur. Mystica's head tilted slightly as she shifted her wings, but one remained out just a little due to being torn, her deep violet gaze flickering just enough to glance back at Thalia as she had spoken softly to her, "If it is alright with you, I can tell him which medicines to get, and what to remove to heal your wounds." the dragon blinked slowly as she turned her head back to the path ahead, speaking to her through mind, "my wounds aren't lethal, yours are. don't speak too much, you need your rest. and try not to tense your side if you don't want your burnt skin to crack more. i can wait. its only minor injuries, but yours could and very likely could have been the death of you." the dragon trodded on elegantly despite the limp that took from her powerful image, but she too wondered where Athelestan could be... surely she would have came to Thalia when help was needed? or did they frighten him off? "I owe you both my life." the tired battered words coming from Thalia reached both Caligo's and Mystica's ears, Caligo speaking first as she had leaned into him, a hand gently placed upon her head to softly run through her firey red hair, his voice a gentle and kind almost whisper, "Thalia, rest. its ok, i owe you much more than you could owe me-" he left off a little bit of what he could have hinted to. Mystica flicked her gaze back slightly, she wasn't sure what to say, but seemed rather interested in what Caligo had left out. As he gently brushed his hand through her hair with his other arm around her, holding her stable and comfortable as the silence ebbed on and a light panic seemed to come to him, was she dying? he didn't know. but then he heard a few rather random words, "The towns book keeper ows me 8,000." he huffed and shook his head, "Ill get the bastard." he spoke until he felt her breathing slow and become more steady as she had fallen asleep, a gentle smile forming on his face as he rested is head over hers, "rest well, Thalia." he said softly as he looked on until Mystica had reached the camp, coming to a steady stop before glancing around in search of Athelestan, spitting a purple flame into the fire pit as she gently lowered herself as Caligo walked off, carrrying Thalia in his arms to set her down gently, his tribal looking tattoos gleaming in the falling sun as he glanced at Mystica with a gentle tone as to not wake Thalia, "watch her a moment, please, im getting some things." the dragon nodded and lied down next to her, gently resting a claw around her to keep her comfortable, but the other was lying away and up as she examined her wound, a branch stuck in her claw, but luckily not all the way through, just a nasty splinter was all compared to the dragon. Caligo soon came back out of the house with a blanket and water, with a little bit of left over meat from the night before, settling next to her as he tucked her in cozy next to the fireplace, the blanket wrapping her almost like a burrito as he set the waters and food on the log next to him.

Adonis . He counted in his head, trying to block out the sound of her moving. 1.. 2...3...4...5...6 Im bored now...7...8... i wonder how far she has gotton...9...10. He turned around twice and just plopped on the ground. 11...12. "Okay I'm bored now. So stay put so I can find you." The woodland elf popped up and looked around. He walked slowly, looking upwards as he heard leaves rustling. His emerald eyes looked up the tallest tree and he bolted upwards. To get a better look of where she wold of gotten to. Halfway up he saw a long blow hair. He picked it up and smelled it. "I'm on to you." Qnd he started hoping off into the only tree she would have been able to reach.

Thalia . She just felt odd. Like a mess but not really. She could feel the warmth from him, but also the bumpyness and salty air. At one point she winced when her side went against his gut to hard. Yeah, she was asleep, but at the same time it was a crap half awake sleep. Full of pain. As he spoke she just gave slight huff. Not of anger, but just acknowledging he spoke. She even did the same to Mystica out loud as she didn't have the energy to talk to her mentally. She could feel his large hand going threw her hair, she leaned into it, and it made her feel better. And she could feel the herb working. When they arrived to her house and she was placed gently on the sand she sneakily looked up and saw his strong face. She chuckled. She saw him walk in and out of her house. As he sat down she leaned up. She was staring to feel excellent. She knew what the herb was, and where she got it. She looked to him. "I love magic." She giggled as she removed the shirt wrap as she could not longer feel blood leaving her body. And she was right, the herb was working wonderfully. "Look, what I said about the book keeper. Come nightfall, I'll be fine to collect the debt. So just, don't worry about it. He isn't the only one who owes a lot of debt." She exhaled and looked at the injury again, seeing the chard skin. She laid back down and exhaled deeply. She knew he was going to have to explain her job. She knew he probably wasn't going to like it. "When you gamble, their is a collector, if you owe debt to someone, their is a collector. A broker. I collect the debt for someone, and take a bit as the payment for my... service." She paused. "I also, get information." Her voice dropped almost like shame. She looked to Mystica as she was in a bit of pain herself. "I'm tje one people pay to do their dirty work." She figured that was the easiest way to sum up what she did. From behind her she heard trotting. Athelstan had returned. He laid down besides her and let her rest her head on him. "The bookkeeper, jailer, some of the soldiers, the bread man. Them and so many more are my targets." She paused, debating on if she could stand yet and decided against it. She looked at her hands, knowing how much blood pain was on her hands. She knew the voice was going to send her into the dark when her time came. She turned her head away from them, and had her crimson eyes and face slightly covered by her vivid red hair. In all honesty, she wouldn't be surprised if they left at that moment.

Era the young elven woman was curled up in the tree cavity, her knees pulled to her chest, head tucked to her knees as she hid, not able to hear hardly anything but she stayed as silent as she possibly could, purposely controlling her breathing to slow and conserve its-self, silencing her breathing as she tucked her face into her knees, staying silent, unmoving, able to hear nothing but the muffled sounds of the breeze, just a few strands of golden hair poking from the leaves that covered her as she wondered where he was, not knowing if he was just above her or far away, but either way, she had to stay silent as possible, staying tucked away safe and hidden, as she thought, although not knowing about the few strands of showing hair.

Adonis He went from tree to tree, already knowing what he would have her do when he found her. He kept in the direction he found her hair. He found another, and a few branches later q pice of white, silky cloth. He looked up and smiled, the sun reflecting in his green eyes threw his sandy blond hair. He loved the feeling of tree bark on his hands and feet. The rough and grainy feeling, easy to grip. He could see a large clump of hair in the distance and decided that's where she was. "I see you!" You could practically hear the smile on his face. True unfiltered childlike joy.he rushed over, feeling the warmth of the sun and colder air to the hollow tree. "Got ya." He ruffled her blond soft hair and he could feel his face getting warm as he offered her a hand to help her up.

Era She could hear him getting closer soon enough and froze, holding her breath at the sound of the ruffling leaves and shaking branches, listening to the scuffle of his feet upon the bark and the short stops he took to find her strands of hair. soon she could hear him just there, right outside the tree hole. she held her breath, closing her eyes as she tried to stay as silent as possible, but then she slightly flinched as she heard him speak. he seemed closer than she knew, "I see you!" but he sounded very happy, covering her mouth as she giggled and opened her sunlit eyes as she gazed back towards him when he ruffled her hair, "Got ya." she smiled, her little teeth twinkling like high quality pearls and her crimson red lips shining in the warm sunlight, "you did!" she giggled, "well you seem mighty proud of yourself." she said as she ruffled his hair back. as he offered his hand she took it, gently as she stood and crawled out of the tree cavity onto the ground before glancing back towards him after straightening her satin robe and her long silky golden hair, "so." she said with a huff and a smile, slightly tilting her head, "how'd i do?" she said with a slightly nervous giggle.
