Era As he had helped her into the tree she stood finally upon the treetops but as she looked up, her bright sunlit gaze met his brightly magnificent emerald eyes, so bright and so green that she swore, if she looked into them too long, she'd never find her way back out of them. she smiled with a light giggle, shaking her head at the thought, glancing back at him as his sandy curls fell perfectly over his face, his freckles only adding to his adorably handsome physique. As he almost fell out of the tree, a cringe of panic flashed over her face just a moment, her hand reaching forwards a moment as if she was hoping to catch him before he fell but she had overreacted, he had grabbed a branch in his short fit of laughter, not helping but to smile at it, "Not so bad yourself. But don't ever tell Ammenadile that, so sensitive." she giggled at his statement, her hair golden hair falling in her face before the breeze took it to move in the wind, her hair moving like waves in a sea as her teeth sparkled in the sunlight, "aww, poor Ammenadile, although i do believe he serves more purpose to you than a monkey would." she giggled and thought a moment with an amused expression, "i believe Ammenadile's animal is a monkey named Adonis then." she joked teasingly, bumping him gently yet playfully. "No, I don't think you can hide better then I track." his words only made her smile more, "oh really?" she said giggling and narrowing her gaze, "Alright, you can't use an animal to help, neither can I, and If I don't find you before Ammenadile gets back you can pick my poison, but if I find you, I get to pick yours." she gave a playful yet mischievous smirk, "I guess id better start thinking on your poison then huh?" she laughed, "alright, sounds fun. when shall we begin, Adonis the expert tracker?"

Gelidus the young man was hesitant to answer her question and shook his head, "Your nervous? If its any consolance you don't have to come if you don't wish. Besides it won't be happening today. We've got way to much to plan out." his mind was turning, he didn't want her to do it alone, he'd help if he could, but only if it'd help them stay safer, not by giving them ideas that could potentially hurt them in the long run. what happens if they get caught? its his fault. if they didn't have the info, then they wouldn't have done it. He paused and shook his head, "i-i just don't want you guys to get hurt is all... if your caught... well, you'll most likely be executed, and..." he looked at the lion in concern, "and you'll be thrown back into the Colosseum or used for fur." He sighed and glanced between both of them, "id rather you not do this... revenge isn't worth it if it risks this much but... if you must do it, ill help you, i don't want you to do it alone." but then as he finished speaking, he watched her pull out a quill and another piece of paper, his blue icy eyes glittering in the sunlight, his snowy white hair sparkling and his pale skin shined against the light and his small freckles that dotted his face, "I'm sorry for staring, but your eyes are stunning, like sapphires." He smiled shy like at her comment, shaking his head as he looked off to the side, a light blush forming upon his cheeks, "I-i uh... thanks." he chuckled slightly. he glanced over at her with a light look of interest, was she... drawing him? Caligo As the young dark elf slept, his tiny self ventured into the woods, the night full of stars, and as he made it into the full moon's light, within the forests all alone, his dark markings began to glow the shade of the full moon, such beautiful colors covering his skin and glowing out against his pale purple gray skin, his moonlit eyes only glowing brighter as he stared up at the moon, the cool breeze taking his mind away as a voice upon the wind spoke words into his ear as soft as the night air's ancient sights against his ear, "ego vocare vobis" the ancient tongue ringing in his ears as he repeated it slowly upon the night in a whisper of wonder, but when he looked down, the amulet within his hand was glowing brightly, its bright purple light flashing in his moonlit gaze until the sound of steps crunching the underbrush called to his attention, his eyes wide as he stared up at a beast behind him, majestically beautiful as words rang from the amulet, it beating with light as if it was a heart its self, "don't be afraid little one, i have cared for many generations, your father, grandfather, great grandfather and more..." she spoke as she glanced towards the cave with a sorrowful expression, her voice coated in sadness, "i will be your watcher now..." little caligo looked up in wonder, "w-what about father?" the dragon's tail brushed across the childs back, drawing him to her claws, "your father has finished his journey... its time for him to rest now, to allow you to follow your own path now." she spoke as she picked the boy up and put him upon her back before flying off into the night. then Caligo had awoken to see that Thalia was lying there with him but awake now. his moonlit gaze flickering towards her, now that the alcohol had worn off, he felt rather awkward... he had been aufly... soft, towards her. it wasn't like him to be like that. he swallowed and glanced off for a moment, looking towards Mystica who had been lying her head upon the ground, then his eyes trailed back to Thalia, "h-hello... um... howd you sleep?" he said with a light nervous chuckle. Mystica listened to Thalia's words as they rang in her mind, full of curiosity, "He is odd, and I love him. Though you said a mystery? You never met anyone like him, ever?" she huffed lightly and her tail curled around the front of her claws as she still held them there, "never a being that's not a dragon, or an ancient, that has a sound and impression as bold as his... and his... dislike of affection... makes me wonder what he's been through. what prevents him from needing it? she wondered as she glanced off towards athelestan.

Thalia (because I'm hyped) . She was glancing between the dragon and the sand. They contrasted nicely. The dark rich purple to the bright sand. Even her eyes. Just an all around beautiful being. She glanced at the fire, sun, ocean. Then into the dark woods. She lifted her head slightly and looked at Caligo's skin. The tattoos going from his cheek and down into his armor. She exhaled still feeling a bit odd at the fact she was resting next to him, being held by a dragon. Athelstan showed affection in a different way. He wasn't quick to trust but once he did it was relatively clear. She took a strand of her hair and looked at its firey color with her crimson eyes. She swore she could see just a little bit of yellow and orange strands, few and far between. But their nonetheless. He attention was brought to when Caligo woke up and whispered. Sure it was a whisper just it was still deep. She gave a slight startle. "I don't sleep during the day typically, so it could only be as good as one would think." She got up and out from the dragons claws and blanket and popped her back and neck. Bending her knees to stretch a bit. She let her attention turn to Mystica. "He was troubled, lets just say it's safe to say young male foles don't have it easy." She took handfuls of sand and started throwing it onto the flames, trying to put it out.

Adonis . As he stood in the tree looking into the town he could have swore he saw bright red outfitted people running around. He chuckled at them. Morons don't know where to look. He looked down at the grassy tree line and debated how much it would hurt to jump down. He he smirked to himself in amusement as his blond hair fell into his eyes again. He was getting over that. Ammenadile's animal is a monkey named Adonis. Then he felt a nudge and heard a giggle. He turned and tilted his head, slightly astounded she would say that but not mad at all, as he was still grinning. "You flatter me." He returned the nudge but incredibly gently, as not to make her fall. He looked into her eyes and almost started to fall. He blinked and relaxed a bit as the breeze went by. He took in a breath and turned to face her with a grin on his slightly tanned face. He could see that she was enjoying herself and that kinda amused him. He found it cute that her lips curled in michife like his. He started climbing down the tree. "Alright, we will start on the ground, I'll stay here. Do you need help down?" His hair fell into his face, so he shook his head slightly. Edited at March 7, 2021 09:53 AM by AppleBottomJeans

Caligo "I don't sleep during the day typically, so it could only be as good as one would think." he listened as Thalia had answered him, his hair spiked cleanly as his dark tattoos gleamed in the sunlight, his moonlit gaze flickering towards her as he examined her gaze, a slight smile upon his lips as his thoughts faded out of view for a moment, but soon the thoughts came back as she began to stand, clearing his throat and looking away a moment, "yeah, id imagine so..." he said as he trailed off into his thoughts, was what he felt just the alcohol? did he have feelings for this being? or was it the alcohol that had made him... long for her company? he didn't know... yet. Mystica could sense the awkward, tense, and uncertain air between the two, it slightly confusing her. Her deep, vibrant purple gaze full of a steely wisdom flickered towards Thalia as she listened to what she had to say, "He was troubled, lets just say it's safe to say young male foles don't have it easy." the dragon thought a moment, her pupils narrowing to easy slits, in and out to wider circles as she thought, seeming to think on it but all she had spoke back was, "some harder than others..."

Daphne . Sitting in the sun with her hair draped over Ajax she exhaled, thinking continuesly. What is the best way in? Where is the spot to see as much as possible? He looked up at him again, still sketching. He had nice jaw bones, and his eyes where even. Basically she could see he had nice facial structure. She wasn't paying the most attention, until he said coliseum. She looked at him, Ajax also turned his head and stopped his vvvvrrrring and hit him with his tail on the leg. "Ajax, no." Her voice was hushed more then before, but somehow more stern. "We will be fine, we'll probably move on rooftops instead of on the ground. Considering he is a lion." She looked back at the page and made a few more marks. Finishing up a basic sketch, and put it in the satchel with the map for later. She stood up. "I understand you concern, he is stronger then he was a year ago, and we've got plenty of time to plan threw. This man is a chovanistitc jerk who gets a sick joy and pleasure from the pain and suffering of others. If no one is going to change it, then its up to the little guys." She reached out her hand to help him up. "Letting innocent people suffer is idiotic." She let her dark eyes look at his pale skin as the sun danced on it.

Era The young light elven nymph giggled slightly at his response to her monkey comment, "You flatter me." shaking her head slightly as she glanced away for a moment with a small voice, "i know." she giggled and glanced back pu at him, her bright sunlit gaze locking to his a moment unintentionally as he had very gently nudged her back. she watched as he seemed to climb down the tree, crouching at a branch as she listened to his words, "Alright, we will start on the ground, I'll stay here. Do you need help down?" she smiled and nodded, "good idea... um..." she said as she looked down at all the branches, "i-i think ive got it..." she said as she didn't want him to have to help her with everything. She looked at the branch just below her and slowly lowered herself down, her toes just barely reaching as she had to let go of the branch above her to completely reach the other, and as she did, the branch below her snapped and she fell, but it wasn't far from the ground so she clumsily just landed on her rump with a thud as her long blonde hair flipped over her face as she giggled at her clumsy fall., "i cant see." she laughed as she moved some hair out of the way for an opening for her to see him through.

Gelidus The young nymph man's blue silver gaze flashed as he flinched lightly at the lions whack with his larger tail, but he felt he deserved it, it must be a sensitive word but he huffed, shaking his head at her scold towards the lion, "no, i didn't take into consideration that might have been a sensitive subject..." he looked towards the lion with an apologetic expression, "i worry, for you both-" then his gaze flickered towards the beautiful young lady, "i don't want either of you to have to go through something like that again." his gaze flickered towards Daphne as he listened to her words, "We will be fine, we'll probably move on rooftops instead of on the ground. Considering he is a lion." he frowned slightly, his little freckles sparkling in the sun like snow flakes as he huffed, "i don't know... it still doesn't mean your completely safe." he didn't want them to become something washed away with the rest of the people in the world, washed from his life, they were the only relatively nice people he had met... well, person and lion, he had ever met. but what if they were taken from him? what then? back to a life without potential and because it would be his fault for giving them the info for doing it? but at her next words as she stood, caught to his attention, "I understand you concern, he is stronger then he was a year ago, and we've got plenty of time to plan threw. This man is a chovanistitc jerk who gets a sick joy and pleasure from the pain and suffering of others. If no one is going to change it, then its up to the little guys." he paused, his curly snowy colored hair sparkling in the sun, "i-..." he was speechless. he didn't want them to do it. but she spoke wisely, selflessly. as she offered him her hand he took it and stood with her, his gaze worried, "Letting innocent people suffer is idiotic." he huffed and glanced away a moment before his icy gaze trailed with a metallic silver were laced with a kind of worry but in that worry a protective determination just barely seeped through, keeping his gaze on her endless dark orbs of space, trying to focus on what he was saying without traveling too deep through them, "i-if your going to do this... then i wont let you do it alone..."

Thalia . She sat after putting out the fire and wat hed the remaining smoke rise up. She let her crimson gaze stare at it. After a bit she realized she was inadvertently looking at Caligo, who was smiling softly at her. She couldn't help but return it and rested her head on her hand, with her elbow on her knee. A part of her felt stupid, she didn't really know what was going on. "At any rate, how did your bit of rest compare?" She wat hed as the slight bit or remaining smoke make it harder to see him slightly. Her red hair falling to her back as she turned to Mystica. Precisely. She finally turned to the sand. Slightly glistening and gleaming. In the corner of her eye she swore she saw two things dart off behind her back, as she got a chill down her back she shivered uncomfortably. Her eyes darting into the forest looking for any indication as to what they were. Then she noticed a slight burnt bit in the grass. A look of pain and annoyance went across her face as she jumped behind the rock, and from the sand pulled out a large blade. Sharpened on both sides. She tood up and placed her boot on the rock and pulled out a small dagger. "I uhh, I guess I'll be right back." She wisteled and Athelstan darted up. She looked up at Mystica from Athelstan. I think i saw hell hounds. Keep him here. Please. She gave Athelstan a slight tap with her foot and he stormed off. "I'll be back shortly." Her crimson eyes followed the burnt ground.
