Wren couldn't believe she'd actually say yes. She just hoped it would make Theo see that they weren't going to work. Might it back fire on her? Yes. But would it hurt to try? No. "Yeah, that sounds alright with me," she nodded, figuring the pub wouldn't hurt. After all, it wouldnt be a school night so being out late wouldnt be an issue either. Wren had to admit though, she was curious as to whether or not there was more to Theo that what she knew. Perhaps he wasn't all that bad?
Wren held her bag on her shoulder, pausing for a moment before nodding. "I do actually," she said, not sure whether to be happy about it or not. Even if she had agreed to go on a date, she still didn't like him any more or less. She had started walking, knowing they didn't have much time to make it to class. She had been close enough to being late today one too many times so far and refused for it to happen again. Truth be told, Wren was scared that it may be a mistake to spend more time with him. Surely it wouldn't end well.

Theo smiled at her as she accepted the time and place. It was all set. "It's a date then," a cheeky grin forming on his face as he spoke. He was fairly excited. It was only Wednesday but he looked forward to the date in two days time. Something to fill his Friday night. He was honestly just surprised she had agreed in the first place. He wasn't expecting that.
Theo was glad again when she had the same class as him for the next period. He began walking toward the astronomy classroom, one of his few subjects he actually enjoyed. Theo always had a passion for astronomy and space. They walked in silence for a while before Theo spoke up. "So, since you've agreed to this date, does that mean you like me a little?" He asked boldly. Theo wasn't afraid to ask the questions nobody else wanted to ask. He was brave that way, he had very little trouble doing that.
As they walked, he noticed more and more girls giggling and whispering to their friends. Probably wondering why he was walking with Wren. He didn't care really, he loved the attention and it would probably mean there will be rumours soon enough about them dating. Even though they weren't dating. At least not yet according to Theo.

Wren had a feeling she was going to regret agreeing to this date, especially when he'd asked if she may had liked him a little. Did she though? Or was it more desire and curiosity that had urged her to agree? Wren wasn't sure, but she'd be damned if she was going to give him the satisfaction of her saying yes.
Wren shot him a mildly dirty look to cover up the fact her cheeks had turned pinker than normal. "I tolerate you at best," she sighed her expression returning to a soft, kind one. "I agreed so maybe you'll stop pestering me about it," she told him, a teasing tone beneath the seriousness in her voice. Maybe she did actually like the flirting and teasing. It irritated her, sure, but even then a part of her didn't mind it.
The attention was nice at times, but more often or not she'd get annoyed or short tempered. It was mostly due to the fact that in her mind, Theo was after her to add another notch in his belt. Soon enough, they'd made it to astronomy. Wren found a decent seat since there were still a good few open.
Wren glanced to Theo, studying him for a moment. She could see herself liking him, but she was too afraid of being used and played to let herself get that close. She'd have to learn to trust him and god help him if he ever broke that trust.

Theo just chuckled a little, glad that her response wasn't completely horrid. At least she didn't despise him. That was enough for him to work on and graft to get her to like him. It wasn't a forced date. At least for him it wasn't. He knew that once they were alone, she would see that he wasn't all bad. It was always portrayed that way, but that was because of his reputation and his character around college.
He couldn't help but feel disappointed by her response. Leave her alone? He would never. She had never actually expressed that she wasn't interested in him, therefore not giving him a reason to leave her alone. He wasn't some crazy stalker. "Maybe after this date you won't be able to leave me alone," he grinned cheekily, entering the classroom and leaving her be. For now.
Theo chucked his backpack underneath his feet as he sat down beside his friend Luke, who had just been in biology class flirting with that girl earlier. "So, how's Poppy?" Theo asked, nudging him a little with his elbow to get his attention. Luke turned to look at Theo and his eyes widened as he began to speak. "Oh mate she's hot. And funny. I think I'm in love," he said with a small chuckle.
All Theo did at this point was roll his eyes, shaking his head. "Well then don't be shy, ask her to be your girlfriend," he stated, raising his eyebrows and Luke just scoffed in response, knowing that he wouldn't do that. It was something about the fear of committing properly that scared him. Like most college boys. "Anyway, I saw you and Wren talking, she looked disgusted as usual," he smirked, grabbing his pen and scribbling down a few notes as astronomy class began.
A small smile appeared on Theo's lips. "Well she can't have been too disgusted, she agreed to go out with me on Friday," he spoke proudly, almost as if it was the best news he had received all year. Luke widened his eyes again, a shocked response to what Theo had announced. "Get in mate, well done," he laughed, punching his arm excitedly at the news. Theo grinned again and quietened down as the class began.

Wren didn't think that Theo was all bad, of course. She never gave him the time since typically he got on her nerves. She'd have to admit though, the constant flirting kept her on her toes. Being alone with him, however, was a scary feeling. What if she did like him? Would things change or remain the same for the most part? There would be a lot for Wren to think about until Friday came.
Wren scoffed, resisting the urge to smile at his comment. "Oh! In your dreams, Theo," she said before splitting away to sit down. He'd have to really prove himself to her for that to happen. Wren just couldn't see things actually working between them. Hell, would she even be able to trust him? She'd heard so many things, which could be lies but also the truth. Wren was all for trying to give him the benefit of doubt at least this once.
Wren sat her bag at her feet, her notebook open on her desk. She'd quietly began twirling her pen between her fingers when she heard someone talking to her. "Wren you lucky woman!" Her confused look was enough to make the girl, Jayda, elaborate on why she was so lucky. "Everyone saw you walking with Theo. You've got to be going steady, yeah?" Wren shook her head with a small sigh. "It's not like that, we were just.. talking," she murmured, deciding not to let the fact they'd be going on a date slip. "Suuuure, talking" Jayda giggled before turning to pay attention as class began.
Wren knew she was in for it now. People had seen her with him and the rumors had already began to fly. It wasn't a secret that Theo had pursued her for a long time now, so it had only been a matter of time before word got out. While writing down notes, Wren caught herself to be the one staring this time. Theo was on her mind heavily for once as her curiousity grew. Would things actually go well on their date? Perhaps, but Wren couldn't get over the feeling that things might not turn out like he wished. He is pretty cute... Wren scolded herself at that thought, knowing better than to get caught up in it so soon. Not to mention, she really needed to focus on class. She'd have plenty of time to let her mind wander later on.

Theo paid attention in this class, as it was quite literally the only one he thoroughly enjoyed. His craving for space and all things stars was always satisfied after leaving this class. He wrote down his notes, typing up and googling a few facts on his laptop. As the teacher spoke on, he glanced over to see Wren gazing at him. Was that his mind playing tricks on him? He glanced again just to make sure, but nope he was right. She was staring right at him.
A playful smirk plastered itself on his face as he winked at her, before returning his attention back to his notes. He couldn't believe she was staring at him. He wondered what she was thinking about when looking at him. Hopefully good things. Theo chuckled to himself before focusing on the rest of the class. He had rugby practice next, which was all he had to do for the rest of the day. Usually that's where all the girls that fancied him went to when they had a free period.
Soon, the class had finished and packed up his backpack, slinging it over his shoulder and standing up. Theo looked back over to Wren again and smiled at her, hoping she would notice. He wished she would give him that attention all the time, but then he would probably lose interest quickly. The chase was fun for him. That's why the girls that liked him, he didn't like because he didn't need to graft for their attention.
He walked out of the class, deciding to leave without talking to Wren. If she wanted to talk to him, she would have to come up to him. Theo wandered down the hallway, saying goodbye to Luke and heading in the direction of the locker room where he would change for his rugby practice.

Wren gasped quietly, cursing to herself as she'd been caught staring. Now that she wouldn't live down for a while. She rolled her eyes at his wink, looking away to try and focus. It irked her just to see how smug he was to know that he'd had her attention. Wren kept her eyes to herself for the remainder of class, but she couldn't say that her mind was focusing on astronomy.
Wren was relieved when class was over, not having missed the smile that Theo gave her. She thought about returning it but ultimately decided not to. Instead, she packed her things, starting to leave the room. She'd almost expected Theo to come and try to talk to her, but she was a bit surprised when he didn't. Wren could see where he was headed, but she refused to be the on to chase after him, even if she was going in the same direction.
Wren actually had a free period next, but she had chosen to use it for extra ballet practice. That being said, she was headed straight for the ladies locker room so she could change into her tights and body suit. She took a bit of a deep breath before picking up her pace, passing up Theo. Her hips swayed so naturally as she did, and she almost wanted him to notice her.
Wren made it to the ladies locker room, entering in after sparing one more glance over her shoulder. As she changed, Wren began to wonder if she'd start to look forward to Friday. After all, she didn't go out often and even if it was with Theo she might would still have a good time. Wren shook her head, banishing those thoughts from her head as she started out of the locker room to head for the dance room.

Just before Theo entered the boys locker room, he noticed Wren rushing past in the direction of the ladies locker room. He knew she did ballet, since she was a keen dancer in high school as well, so he assumed that's what she was doing. He smirked, noticing how she was walking before he chuckled to himself and entered the locker room without saying anything to her. Theo pushed his sports bag into a locker after grabbing his shorts, sports top and protective gear.
After a quick change he headed out onto the pitch, the coach already there and shouting at the other teammates to do the warm up. He hated doing this, but it was always necessary to prevent him from injuring himself. After about 15 minutes of warming up, he began to start his training, some simple passes of the rugby ball. A few girls had already started to fill the gaps in the bleachers and they were giggling at all the rugby players. They were built fairly stocky, with strong arms and legs that made all the girls swoon over them. The only girl he was thinking about throughout his practice was Wren, and how happy he was that she agreed to his date on Friday. He wondered if she was excited as well. He highly doubted it, but he kept himself in a delusional state of mind for now until she told him otherwise. Theo continued his practice, a few fun games to keep the technique up before the coach ended the lesson.

For once, it was getting hard to ignore Theo. She felt so conflicted at heart. If she didn't like him, then why was she pining for his attention so bad? Wren knew she'd have to distance herself if she didn't want to get caught in his web before she knew what he was really like. She wasn't even sure if she wanted a relationship since it had been drilled into her for so long that boys were bad news.
With a sigh, Wren started stretching, her body rather flexible and limber. She'd done ballet since she was a girl and it was the one thing she truly did for herself. It was harder for her to come by time to dance as of late due to having so many studies to attend to. Her lack of time to dance hadn't affected her talents though, as every time she put on her flats or pointe shoes it was as if she never missed a day of dancing.
Wren ended her free period feeling refreshed and in a better mood than before. It was something to do with the relaxing nature of dance. She could have gone on for longer, but she didn't want to be late for her last class of the day either. Wren freshened up and put back on her clothes from before and exited the locker room once more. She hoisted her bag onto her shoulder, pulling out her phone to check the time. She still had around five minutes before needing to head to calculus.

Theo headed into the locker room, stripping from his sweaty clothes and showering. He would've done this in his room, but he didn't want to walk through campus smelling of sweat. Plus he didn't mind using the university facilities, it would save him some money on water bills. He used his shower gel and shampoo, cleansing himself from his training session, the soap suds slipping down his muscled body. Theo turned off the shower, wrapping a towel around his waist and walking back over to his locker where his normal clothes were.
"Good session eh mate?" His housemate Harry spoke, also in a towel and drying off his hair with a spare towel. Theo sighed deeply and nodded in agreement. "Yeah, coach always knows how to make us sweat," he said with a small chuckle as he grabbed his sports bag, shoving his used clothes in and getting out his normal clothes. Harry smiled, changing back into his clothes. "He definitely does. We're gonna go for a few drinks later, if you wanna come?" He asked, closing his locker door and lacing up his shoes. Theo thought for a moment before nodding. "Yeah, love to," he agreed and changed quickly into his clothes, shoving the towel into the wash bin.
Harry grinned, glad he had agreed. "Great. See you back at the house," he said, patting his shoulder and leaving the locker room. Theo continued to clean up and sort himself out before he left as well, glad he had some plans for the evening. Theo walked through campus, slinging his backpack over his shoulder again, his head buried in his phone and not looking where he was heading.
