She smiled as she trotted off into the distance, the stones of the village underneath, her. Then 4 miles in, it turned into lush grass once she turned the corner of a piece of property and whistled to her brother so he knew that she back from the village. = Untacking FInchright where she got off, letting him eat the lush grass that grew. "I got your food and other essentials, Simon. You should have seen the kids today. They were just swarming me and Finch, " Her brother took the items from the saddle bag and headed back into the house without listening to his sisters words. "Rude as anyone I've seen" she mumbled, grooming her horse, smiling as she kept the mans face in her mind " People may think im a fool for declining the richest man in Arakla... but I know what is right when it comes to continuing my lineage." she said out loud Right Finch?" Finsh bobbed his head and nuzzled her chest, secretly asking for a sugar cube. Adellee chuckled and took one out of her pocket and gave it to him to munch on " Speaking of that, come on. We have a man waiting for us back in the village. Cant keep him waiting now can we?" = Finch understood and layed down for her, letting her up and the two headed back to the village, being greeted once more 4 miles later. SHe searched for him but only his horse was seen, at the blacksmith. No human there, so she kept walking till she spotted him at a bookstore " There he is. " she said, getting off and leaned against the steed. Waiting even more patiently for him. " Hes a handsome guy huh, Finch? Do you think I have a chance with him? All he did was snicker and paw at the ground. " I supose that's a yes. Maybe i'll give this one a chance." |

After some time browsing inside of the bookstore, Joshua exited with three new reads, stuffed away inside of his black leather satchel. Thanking the kind bookeeper, he opened the door to the shop and stepped back out onto the wooden deck. His eyes very quickly spotted the beautiful young woman standing next to her horse. A friendly smile crossed his face, and he began to walk towards her. "I see you've made your grand return from your journey of errands," he teased charmingly, sideling up next to her. It was beginning to get rather late in the morning hours, nearing midday, and by now he'd usually have eaten. But he had not yet made the effort to fill his stomach. The bustling sounds of the village rattled in his ears, and somehow he was beginning to find it comforting. He could hear children laughing and playing, men shouting greetings to one another, women laughing and greeting one another kindly as they passed in the street, their children mingling. The sound of street marketers calling out their sales to passerby, cats and dogs milling about the crowds. "It really is quite nice here," he commented, watching the people for a moment. "I've not been here very long, but it's so different from where I grew up. I never got to really spend time in the villages." |

Adelee chuckled as she waved to one of her little ones she sits for every few months "Grand return? The kids seem so. Dont worry, you will get used to it. I've bee here my entire life and I've had my share of people. Good and bad" = Her green eyes looked up , her hands dusting off the edges of her dress " But yes, its very pretty. Especially the hidden areas that I always go to. Which.. I will have to go show you now unless you want to grab some food. You look hungry." She knew she was right, even thought it wasnt her business to tell anyone to eat or not eat. Especially another rich family. But the thing was that she cared about people. " Come, I can show you a quick place to grab some food and then I can take us to somewhere quiet and rather peaceful so we can chat a little more" = Finch looked at the man, nudging his shoulder. " He seems to have a liking to you besides your horse" Adelee grinned, pushing Finch away " now now Finch, no asking for snacks. Im the only one that feeds you. You hear me? Now behave." = After some time she got back onto Finch's bare back " No charge on food on me today. Follow me. Its just down here to the right" Adelee spurred Finch forward and lead the very short route to the food spot. |

It was true that he was hungry, he had to give her that. He gave her a charming grin and said, "Yes ma'am." He made his way to his own horse, softly patting Finch on his way past. "Oh he's fine, don't worry." He told her, not wanting her to get after Finch for his nudging. Joshua got up onto Commander, accepting Adelee's offer to avoid argument. He would accept it gratefully. He followed her down to the food spot, able to smell the wonderful mixture of smells wafting from the buildings. Bakeries and small restuarants lined the street, and it all smelled wonderful. |

Adelle smiled as she led the way rather slowly, so that he could find what we wanted. Finch looking over at the kids and then back towards Commander. "I'll be waiting for you while you make a decision. And make sure to say that I asked for a free meal. Dont want to know how expensive these places are." = Her kind smile faced him before getting off yet again so the little ones could have their fun. " Ok John." she chuckled, picking the little boy up and placed him on the stallions warm back before another child ran up and wanted in on the action. By the time ten minutes passed, four of the children had their chance on the royal stallion "Be thankful I dont change a pretty penny for these" she joked, taking them off one by one " Now run along. I wouldnt wanna be saught after by your parents and yelled at for losing you." = Adelee kissed their little heads and leaned back against Finch, singing a tune her mother sang to her as a baby. Talking to Finch every now and then " Wanna head to the forest after Joshua grabs his food?" she asked, grinning " I'll let you free roam for as long as you want." The stallion bobbed his mighty head and pawed at the dirt road. |
