I wanted to follow the werewolf. I knew the path were it went. But I couldn't, as my over-protective father would stop me.

So I headed back inside.

The next day, I went out again to see if the werewolf came back.

I knew it was dangerous, but I was eager to see it again.

All the pups came to me and told me that they were hungry again so I went out past our territory toward a different area where I didn't see the vampires I knew that there would be giant elk over towards that area so I would be able to bring more food back than I did yesterday I start tracking through the trails very quietly making sure that no one else would be able to see me for I would not be able to skip past by my teeth again most likely for that guard that was with that vampire probably told all the guards around so I wanted to be extra cautious about not being seen this time I got to where the elk where and I wish I laid down in the brush waiting for some elk to pass by when I started to hear wrestling I started getting ready to attack but it didn't smell like elk smell like something else something cold and bloodthirsty

Ignoring my father's warning, I wandered through the forest, and then felt a presence around me. It made the hairs stand up on my neck.

I looked around, looking very cautious of my surroundings. I looked above me and saw the sun rising in front of me. My heart pounded.

I should've been heading back home, but I got lost. I quickly hid under a tree, but there was still someone--something out there.

I saw the little black haired vampire that I saw earlier my blood start boiling in anger why does this little vampire always keep coming to the same exact spot that I am at and that's a little weird why is he hiding under the tree I look over and see the sun rising oh that is why he's hiding because he doesn't want to be burned wonder why he didn't go home she starts circling the little vampire nice and slowly and quietly

The sun keeps rising higher and higher. I see the werewolf again. My heart stops. It seems to be half black and half white with a blue and a green eye. It seems strange that it hasn't tried to kill me yet. But it's circling me, so I can't be so sure.

I see the little black vampire staring at me and then I hear other vampires it sounds like they are looking for him I look at him and then I run off to where I heard the voices the other vampires see me and they start chasing me I lead them to where this little black vampire is I nodded at the little black haired vampire and then I'll run off back into the woods the other vampires see The Little vampire and ask are you okay your majesty did that werewolf hurt you in any way

To my horror I see the werewolf being chased by my family. They get spears and almost stab it.

Soon the royal guards come, all of them dressed in big hats and sunscreen and clothes that cover their pale skin from the sun.

They're showering me with reasuring questions and stuff like that but all I can think about is if the werewolf is okay.

It gave me a nod then ran off safely.

When I got back inside I had so many questions that were unanswered. I got grounded in my room by my dad as he scolded me for going out near sunrise.

I wondered where the werewolf had gone.

I went back to my pack and to the other I say okay there is hardly any prey because of the vampires so it looks like I have to go into the vampire town for the vampire festival so I will be able to buy enough food for us to survive for at least a little while until I can go back to hunt or find a new place to hunt

Are you sure about that my alpha you don't look anything like a vampire and most likely they'll know that you're unable

You're still humans elder so when we turn into our human forms we look more like humans all I have to do is lock away my werewolf Powers so then it seems like I'm a complete human

That is just the Royal bloods The Royal bloods are allowed to drink human blood and no one else is unless of the Royal blood permits someone else to drink human blood

Yes because we eagerly need food especially after that long winter we can't survive much longer if I can't get enough food so just please trust me I am your alpha let me do this and no one else comes with me understand I don't want anyone else will hang out because they see you vampire I can at least lock myself down too bad I actually look and smell like you the festival is tomorrow night and I need to get food

Okay then how are you even going to be able to pay for the food they need gold coins for that

Luckily for me my parents sued a lot of their wealth so don't worry I have enough money to buy food

Then she turns into a human instead of her wolf she locks her path for werewolf away and then she starts walking back hi

The Vampire Festival was coming up.

I always hated it every year. It was the same old boring festival that happened during the Spring to celebrate the week long battle of the werewolves vs the vampires. No one ever won, they say, but we celebrate it like we won. I don't believe we could ever win. I mean, we can fight very well, we have crossbows, fangs, spears, and we steal weapons from the humans, who are also our enemies.

I'm sick of it, though.

Every year there's always an argument about whether we could win or lose if a battle happened again, and some of the vampires fight each other. There's a reason we don't do politics and only assign leaders based on royal blood..

I hate seeing my cousins and family as they always are talking about how we would kill all the werewolves and act sadistic.

In the Festival you fight werewolves (people dressed up as werewolves, cardboard pictures, piñatas of them or some other thing) with wooden swords.

I wonder if we could ever become friends with them and not kill them and see what happens, but if I told anyone they'd tell me it was stupid because they're evil and vicious and would never reason like proper beings.

She got to the festival and immediately all the vampires were eyeing her she knew that she didn't look like a werewolf and she knew that she didn't smell like a werewolf but yeah she looked human which was another enemy of the vampires she knew it was going to be a hard one to get any food but she would do anything to be able to feed her pack everyone that came was bowing to the royals including the black haired child I came over bound to show my respect even though I didn't want to but I was undercover I looked at every single one about to every single one and then I went on my way to where I could buy some food trying to avoid any more eyes on me especially the guards or the Royal family cuz the last thing that I wanted was a royal blood to try and suck my blood
