Daphne . She was playing with his paws when she bent the joint to see his claw. It wasn't painful, like when you do it with a house cat. Only his were as big as her finger. And the rest of his paw as big as her hand. Though he was small for a lion. Then when he said that all people looked at hi. Like that, but this guy specifically a thought formed in her mind. "I'm certain not everyone treats you as awful as you say." She spotted closer to him and put her head on his lap. "That guy try to make me a prisoner, and put Ajax back in a coliseum. He must pay." Out from her pocket she grabbed a viel of ink, a notebook, and a quil. "You know the city better then me. Could you draw a map?" She handed him the supplies and took a small bite of the bread she had with her, and gave the rest to Ajax. Then she turned up to him and smiled softly.

Era as ammenadile flew to Adonis's arm after his slight whistle she watched curiously, the bird really was intelligent, perfect for Adonis's mischievous crimes it seemed. "Ammenadile can carry up to three times his body weight. If he carried one thing out it would be like eating three of him. That's a lot of food. Its also safer." she grinned at what he had said, mischief in her sunlit gaze, where'd her innocence go? well, out the window today, lying to a friend at the cost of breaking her other friend out of jail, sneaking away over roof tops and using Solace for an escape rout, stealing from another friend? what had she become. one could say adonis wasn't the best example for her, but did she care? no. he made her feel more carefree than ever, finally actually free. "Perfect. Besides its been a while since he's been in an actual house, so if you find anything you like go for it." his words brought her back to reality as her bright golden white gaze flashed like the reflection of the sun on pure polished gold, her lips crimson and soft as satin and her cheeks rosy and pink, hair flowing like strands of gold in the wind as she listened, "Okay so while we wait, what do you want to do?" her brows furrowed as she held one hand on her hip and tilted her head, her other hand holding her chin as she looked up and to the side in thought, "hmm... wanna play a game?" she smiled as her gaze flickered towards him.

Thalia . She closed her eyes and started breathing at a normal rate once more as Mystica spoke. Caligo was lucky to have someone so wise for a mother. She leaned let her back onto the claw as big as her body. I'm finding myself envious. My mother was quick witted and clever, but she didn't get to live long enough to gather as much wisdom as you. Perhaps at a better time you can indulge me with all that you've seen. . She let her crimson eyes focus on Caligo. His face full of a caring concerned expression. She felt the warmth of his cheek as he rested it on her head and he promised to stay with her. "I can fight, but they come in packs. Athelstan can take down three at a time. Nothing stands a chance against his bronze hooves and stubborn nature." She smiled as he hugged her. She forgot what it was like, to be hugged. "Their eyes are like hellfire. Not red, but a blazing white. Like looking death in the face." She listened happy to hear she wouldn't be alone and that they were going to stay side by side. Then he said they had to leave. What he said after didn't register. She couldn't leave. Not yet. She had some bad people to deal with here. Mortal bounties to collect, legs to break, teeth to pull. Confessions to get. And what would Athelstan do. Yeah he was on the first coast she landed on and theve been with eachother. She couldn't just leave him. "I can't go yet. I've got... business... to tend to. And I can't leave Athelstan. Thats just not going to happen." As she finished her sentence she heard hooves pounding on sand coming. Then a loud winnie. "I trust you Caligo." She kissed his cheek gently then almost rolled into the sand as a slight blush hit her cheeks and the alcohol set in. The horse stood on his hind legs at sight of the dragon. She rushed over and put her hands on both sides of his face calming him. His pitch fur black as night, and his dark chocolate eyes and muscular frame. "Shhh, its alright. Shhh." . Mystica, this is Athelstan, my oldest companion. She stroked his mane as the purple fire gave it a dark violet hue. Edited at February 20, 2021 08:31 PM by AppleBottomJeans

Gelidus "I'm certain not everyone treats you as awful as you say." he chuckled at her statement and shrugged, "well... your right, you didn't."' he grinned at her, his icy blue gaze twinkling in the sunlight along with his shiny teeth. As she scooted closer and rested her head on his lap he slightly chuckled, confusion and nervousness kicking back in, but he ignored it best as he could. "That guy try to make me a prisoner, and put Ajax back in a coliseum. He must pay." he pressed his lips together in thought as he looked across the tree line, "people are evil." he huffed but as he looked down at her she handed him a notebook and quil with a veil of ink, confused until she spoke again, "You know the city better then me. Could you draw a map?" he shrugged with a chuckle and spoke, "sure!" he said half enthusiastically and half in confusion, dipping the quil in the veil of ink before starting the map, starting with the towns main road and then blocking all the buildings together with labels, first the small cluster of villages towards the farther part of town, then the closer you got to the middle there was first the bread stand, then the meat house, then the trading center, of which was a series of open shacks where people would try and sell random things for other items or just coins. Then there was the pottery shop where you'd get your containers and things, then the farther you went up the more expensive, higher quality things got, the togas and furs shack not too far from the pottery shop, Then you got into the richer parts of town the farther north you went, eventually you got to the prison and the Colosseum not too far from each other then at the top of the hill there lied the kingdom, then on the other side of town across from where they were was where the sea lied, and then the dense forest on this side. he drew labels and a north, south, east and west on the map to help her know where she was headed. then as he finished he glanced back towards her, "you really want to find this guy don't you?"

Caligo The dark elf seemed to feel at peace with her in his arms, cozy by the fire. sure, yeah, he was drunk, but still, it helped him express what he never would have been able to before, he wouldn't have it any other way. As Mystica watched the two's quite touching moment she smiled softly, she knew that this... this feeling she could feel between the two was something true... something real. as short as a time they had known each other, Mystica had lived through life as almost a by standing immortal, she had watched things like this enfold. a feeling so powerful that never stops growing, that's strong enough to conquer all or destroy everything in its path, powerful enough to kill, something some die for willingly. Her gaze flickered to Thalia as she held her claws around the two gently, like giant hands with daggers for claws. Caligo was lucky to have someone so wise for a mother. I'm finding myself envious. My mother was quick witted and clever, but she didn't get to live long enough to gather as much wisdom as you. Perhaps at a better time you can indulge me with all that you've seen. she smiled as she listened to the words play through her mind gently, the more she communicated the easier it became, 'i would be honored to share my tales of my travels with you, to share my wisdom, for what is the use of wisdom if one cannot share it? she let out a low soft rumble and gently nosed her in an affectionate manor, 'id be more than happy to help you in any way, for you mean more than you know to my caligo, ill take you in just as i had him. he's not my first child. ive had many of different backgrounds...' but with her undertone lied a slight sorrow. being so wise and old, so close to immortal meant that she had to watch her children die at some point. . Caligo's attention rested upon Thalia as she spoke, his eyes closed gently, it had been quite a long day and during the night it was his time to be awake, lively. but as he listened ideas formed in his mind, "I can fight, but they come in packs. Athelstan can take down three at a time. Nothing stands a chance against his bronze hooves and stubborn nature." so Athelstan could kill three at a time, she had killed two, and he didn't know exactly how many he could kill, not ever faced with the need to kill one, for usually they didn't mind him, but he was sure he could take quite a bit of them. then as for Mystica, she could step on 5 and they'd be dead automatically, but he didn't know if they'd burn in fire. but then her voice brought him back from his thoughts, "I can't go yet. I've got... business... to tend to. And I can't leave Athelstan. That's just not going to happen." he frowned slightly, wondering what business she could have that was important enough to keep her in danger, and she didn't need to leave Athelstan, she could take him with her, but nonetheless he respected her wishes, whatever the logic may be behind them. "all of us together could probably take on quite a bit of them... maybe we could finish them off, they cant have too many of them out there..." but then he heard Athelestans hooves and his bright gaze flickered in that direction, but then Thalias voice brought his gaze back until he froze at her kiss upon his cheek, slightly shocked as his face turned a darker shade of purple and he chuckle nervously, shaking his head as she stumbled, he didn't hardly register her words from being stunned. . as the horse reared up at the sight of the dragon, Mystica's nostrils flared and she looked directly at the horse, blinking slowly and resting her wings upon the ground, her head low as she let her gaze scan the creature, putting on a calm, replaced appearance to help ease the horses nerves, her bright purple gaze flickering like flames as she examined the creature, listening to Thalias words, "Mystica, this is Athelstan, my oldest companion." She breathed in deeply and sent a deep exhale to gently breeze through the horses mane, dipping her head in a calm greeting, he's quite a mighty steed, one of the best ive seen through my travels it may seem... she said slowly as she observed him.

Adonis . He walked around the tree unable to stay still. As usual, and was grinning from ear to ear amused ith his circles. He was starting to feel bad about her getting him out of the carriage and convincing her to steel. Even if it was Ammenadile doing the steeling. He stopped circling when she asked if he wanted to play a game. He went in reverse till he was right in front of her. And in a mischievous wisper. "What did you have in mind?" And then he continued circling. At just the right angle the sun would catch his eyes making them emerald green and his hair sand colord. The shad turning them a dark kale green and tan colored. But her hair was always golden, then again she wasn't spinning.

Daphne . With her head in his lap she couldn't help but smile. Making her delicate look more nieve. Truth be told she wasn't. She could pick a lock, throw a knife with decent accuracy, and plot things very well. Her dark brown eyes looking more like milk chocolate in the suns rays her attention was brought back when he said Well... your right. You didn't. She gave a little giggle and looked into his blue eyes. And when he said people are evil she nodded. "Not just evil, mortals are cruel and nasty. Like the bread guy, what a creep." She lifted her head and stuck her tongue out at the city walls, just barely visible. When he started scribbling a map she was in awe buy the detail. Such perfect lines, everything was labeled and given a perfect place. And when he aas done he even gave it a compas for direction. you really want to find this guy. She looked up at him and giggled devilishly. "You have no idea." And she fell back onto his lap and spread her dark hair in the grass.

Thalia . As she continued calming Athelstan down so that he could lay down she turned to Caligo. Still looking extremely cozy in the blanket and she blushed just a bit but turned back to Athelstan. He is a strong steed. Sometimes I wonder if I'm worthy of him. She left him be and walked over to the dragon. Still in a sort of shock she was their. I would love to hear your stories and be here if you need someone to convey more complicated messages to Caligo. She stroked some of her scales in awe before se accidentally cut her finger on on. "Damn those are sharp, good to know." She smiled and shook her hand. As she thought of her own blades and how she did the same thing when she got those. . She walked to the front of the dragon and lifted the blanket before crawling back under. She didn't know why but she just wanted to. Besides Athelstan never cuddled. Said it made him smell to much like civilization. Whatever. She threw the blanket over herself and listened to his proposal. "Caligo, my work demands just one more day of it. Then I was going to leave on horse back anyhow. I was in town to get a proper saddle for him and to finish up business." She turned to him and put her head under his chin. "That can all wait till tomorrow though. We do have a week." She she finished her statement her voice trailed off as her crimson eyes closed. . She tried to remember the last time she wasn't haunted in her sleep. Didn't wake up in sweat, tears, or screaming. It was before she left. Two days before... No it was after that. She didn't sleep those two days, then she left, didn't sleep foe another day, got to the beach and passed out. She looked up at Caligos hair and lifted a hand to curl it around her finger. When she was done she squished his hair and giggled as it bounced back into its shape. She put an arm around him as she drifted off into sleep.

Era The goddess like elven nymph couldn't help but giggle at his tree circling, but as he reversed at her question and stopped once he was facing her she laughed, shaking her head, "your such a goof." a warm smile faded onto her face as she watched the wonderful shades of emerald fill his eyes with each time the sun hit them, his sandy blonde hair messy yet in both a ruggedly handsome way and an adorable sweet way. she had stolen many hearts, and most she hadn't known she had, but not once had one ever stolen hers, but she still didn't understand what she felt, she just knew that she would pick Adonis over anything and everything, just to be around him, talking or not, she needed his company or life felt meaningless and empty without him beside her. "What did you have in mind?" his words brought her back and she shrugged, leaning against a tree as she thought, her gaze flickering towards the sky as she thought, "hmm... well what games do you like to play?"

Gelidus Gelidu's icy blue gaze's pupil flashed like metal in the sunlight while his iris glowed in a brighter blue that almost glowed as radiantly as diamonds, his freckles dotting his cheeks gently and his curly white strands of hair sparkled just like snow in the sunlight, but as he glanced down at her he smiled with a light chuckle at her beautiful milky chocolate eyes and her rose colored lips, contrasting with her beautiful dark hair that seemed to shine in the sunlight, she was as absolutely beautiful, like nothing he had seen before, seeming to steal his attention instantly. but then her words brought him back as he listened with a chuckle and a nod, "yes, indeed they are, vile creatures of hellish deeds." as he had finished the map his head lifted at her response as he handed the map to her, not able to help the goofy smile that curved across his pinkish lips, being pale his lips seemed to contrast strangely, "well, glad to help. i grew up here, as a homeless boy, so i know my way around here rather well, if you need any further directions."
