Black Rose smiled and nudged him playfully with her side before picking up the pace. She looked flustered for some reason when she looked at him, probably because he was so close, and felt her heart beat faster inside of her chest. |

Chase saw the clearing of grass in the center of their camp and he sped up, dropping the deer neer the pool where they always stored their prey. |

Black Rose followed him before she stopped and stayed away from the food for obvious reasons. She wasn't apart of the pack. Should I even be here? She thought and stepped back. "Well, looks like you have enough food." She said and turned away. She was hungry and seeing that food made her mouth water but she wouldn't let anyone know that she was. |

Black Rose laughed. "Yeah, I know. But im not apart of your pack." She looked at him. "Silly." She smirked and placed a paw on his head. Even though I wish I was. She looked down but shook off of her sad emotions. (Thats okay! Respond when you have time :D) |

"You're always welcome to join," Chase shrugged, "besides you just about seem like on of us" he smiled, laying down tiredly beside the deer, wagging slightly. |

Black Rose sat down and looked at him. "Chase.. I'm a loner. It's bad luck to bring a loner into your pack." She sighed. "Even I know that since I was young." She shook her head. "Why would you even want me here in the first place?" |

"Those are just old tales passed down by elders to pups to make them scared of loners and not want to mess with them" Chase smiled, "Besides, I like you, a lot. And I really enjoy your company, but if that's what you need, it's what I need." |

Black Rose smiled. "You know I like you too, right?" She looked at him and walked over to him and licked his ear. "You're the alpha, Chase. You decide if I can stay or if I have to go." |
