Jeraboa a handsome young male. He stands roughly 2.5 feet tall and 3.5 feet long. This brings him just smaller than an average wolf. His fur is a dull orange. Not quite a brown. But not quite clementine. He has a dark brown back fading to a light brown to an orange and then to white-cream at his belly. His eyes are like orange highlighters. Not a natural color, but he was still born with it. A mousy gray nose finishes off the look.
Personality
Jeraboa is a stubborn boy. He learned to walk even when only 2 wolves believed in him. On the outside, Boa seems sweet and care-free, hopping around without a single worry. Underneath, he is a protective boy. Still sweet, but cares about things. Deep, deep down, he shows he is scared. He has trauma from the first few months.

”I’m still standing” by Elton John
Backstory
Jeraboa was the first pup of the alphas. A single pup litter. As a new mother, Arrow did not understand that pups need constant supervision. She left for a few hours, and Boa walked out of the nursery, trips, fell into a small gully and broke his leg. It never healed right, but he can still put minimal weight on it. Ever since, his mother watched him and his younger sisters like a hawk until they were 2, then they had some freedom. Jeraboa currently walks with a limp and tends to just carry his leg instead of going through the process of putting it down and picking it without jarring it too much.
Jeraboa choose to go into the healer profession because he spent so much time in the healer!s den as a pup, it is now more home than any place else. Also, he learned a lot by just watching the previous healer work. To relearn how to walk, Jeraboa was sent on mini missions for him. Delivering and collecting herbs and such.

Jeraboa’s mentor’s name was Karteck. (Car-tech) He was already on the older side when he took Boa as his apprentice. He helped Jeraboa learn to walk and grew quite fond of the little pup. As soon as he turned 1, he requested the Boa was his apprentice. To take over when Karteck would inevitably retire to the elder’s den. Boa flourished under his teaching, growing the be a strong, healthy wolf, despite his injury. At 1 and a half, Jeraboa was treating patients like a true master while his mentor watched from the side lines, giving advice. Around the time Jeraboa turned 2 and a half, Karteck retired to the elder’s den, where his is to this day.

Jeraboa took Echo as his apprentice at 3 because he realized that it would be good to have 2 healers. Because healers are given immunity throughout all packs, they could go on diplomatic missions. With his leg, it was hard for Jeraboa to go on these if they were long. And, while a healer is keeping peace, there would normally be no one at the pack to respond to emergencies. They used to preform first aid and send a wolf the get the healer. But Jeraboa would not be able to make it back to camp in a timely manner if that happened. So he plans on teaching Echo so that either he could go and not worry about the pack, or send her in his stead.
Jeraboa currently is roughly 3 and a half, has been training Echo for half a year, and is managing his limp well. He still occasionally take a pain killer herb if he has the run for a while and his leg had hit the ground to hard. He also wears a stiff leaf wrapped around it so it keeps it in place. Because the broken bones never healed right, it ended up pinching nerves if jarred hard enough. Kind of in 2 peices of bone, but not quite. He also broke both bones in that section, but they fused slightly, so he has limited rotation from the knee to his paw.

As for Stripe’s lost pups, Jeraboa was still a relatively new healer when they where born, so he was there, watching and taking Mental notes. 2 boys, 1 girl. They were strong, healthy, adorable. They looked just like their mom. Jeraboa was there when they were assigned to mentors at only 6 months. Way to young. Jeraboa was almost always treating sore muscles, sprained tendons, and scratches. Then the Alpha took it to far, he sent them with their mentors to scoop out a neighboring pack in order to invade. They were attacked, killing a male and his mentor. The rest where injured. When they made it back to camp, they where a wreck. Karteck was able to save both the adults, but they are covered in scars and confined to the elder’s den because they can not do any work. He left the pups the Boa, he tried all he could, worked feverishly all night. Stripe was there constantly, almost the point Jeraboa kicking her out, but he didn’t. But first the male, then the female died in his paws. Ever since, Jeraboa threw himself at his calling, vowing to never let something like that happen again.
