Plot:
Valarie Mendez, a science nerd fresh out of college, stumbled upon something the world believes is just fantasy. But it was undeniable. A human, morphing into something monsterous yet beautiful - a mighty dragon. Once the creature had flown off, she immediately scoured the scene and came away with some hair and even a scale. When she tried to tell the world, they laughed and mocked her. Fueled by the need to prove she isn't crazy, Valarie started her life's work. As the years went by, she built her own lab from the ground up, hiring assistants and studying the samples she had gotten. Year later, it is finally time. Offering participants massive amounts of cash, and perhaps framing her work as a cure to heal terminal illinesses, Valarie gathered test subjects for her experiments. Her goal? To turn them into the very thing she saw that day: dragon shifters. And those newly turned shifters should eventually lead her to the real shifters. Then, she can finally, finally prove she isn't crazy. She can prove to the world that these mythical creatures are real.

This story follows four of the experiments as they adapt to their new bodies and lives. Perhaps they make friends, or maybe enemies. One thing is for certain, it will be a wild ride.
