~Leaf~ "I could go for some fish and chips right about now. Sound okay? And I dont think we've exchanged numbers yet. Here let me grab my phone." Leaf shifted back to human form, only to find that her clothes were soaked. She pulled her phone out of her pocketand opened the keypad. "Here, put your number in and I'll text you the adress." She started wringing out her shirt and water flodded out.

~Leonid~ Leo shifted back too, and was equally annoyed that his clothes were also soaked. He took Leaf's phone and was about to wipe the water off it - until he realized he also couldn't dry it. Because they were both equally wet. Well, that was great. Ignoring it, he typed his number into Leaf's phone, also trying his very best not to look at Leaf as she wrung out her shirt. He was ignoring a lot of things today, apparently. Although, he inwardly wondered how much longer he'd be able to ignore it. "That should be it," Leo said, hitting Done on Leaf's phone, and offering it back to her with a smile. Looking down at his equally soaked clothes, he frowned. "I probably should get changed into something... maybe slightly less wet, too."

~Leaf~ "I'll call you later. But right now I'm going to tke a shower. It's freezing out here." She started walking back in the directon of the school but stopped after a few steps. Leaf turned around tot face him. "It's a long walk back, want to go together?" She motioned to him with her hand to follow.

~Leonid~ "Sure." Leo smiled at her, and they started off on the walk back. -- All too quickly, however, they reached the point where their paths had to diverge - he had to turn left, and she was going straight on - and he turned back and smiled at Leaf once again as he turned his body towards the way he was going. "Well... I guess I'll see you soon. You'll call me, right?" Leo knew she'd already said she would, but... he just wanted to make sure. It wasn't every day that everything like this happened, after all.

~Leaf~ "Of course I'll call you! I'm not the kind of person to just ghost someone. Unless you gave me the wrong number, then it's your fault." She grinned as she walked back to her dorm, it felt like just a few minutes but her shower and getting ready took almost an hour. She decided to call Leo at last. Leaf picked her phone up off the bed and scrolled through until she found his contact. She hesitated before hitting the call button, what if he didn't feel the same way she felt about him?

~Leonid~ Leo, contrary to what he did, changed into something - less wet, really - and thanking the gods that his roommate wasn't in at the moment, and... pretty much just sat there in front of his phone, willing it to ring and attempting (and failing) to study for a bit as he looked at his phone every five seconds. Not that he'd tell anyone he did this, of course. But that was honestly what he did. When it finally rang after what felt like a damned eternity, he hurried so much to pick it up, he somehow managed to sweep it off the table and hit the floor with a thump. Concerned more about the call than the phone itself, however, he spent what felt to him as precious seconds hunting for it below his desk before finding it and picking it up - properly this time - and hitting the answer button. A brief glance at the caller ID before clicking the green button listed it as someone not in his contacts - but he really, really hoped it was Leaf, and not something else like McDonalds calling about his job application. "Hello? Leaf? Is that you?" Leonid managed to utter out. If it wasn't, he wasn't sure what he'd do. But he was desperately hoping it was. It had already felt too long.

~Leaf~ Leaf tried her best to sound like a man. "Hello? I'm sorry, my names not Leaf. I'm looking for a Leo? It's about the Burger King job application. My appoligies if I have the wrong person." She took the phone away from her ear so he couldn't hear him and snickered. She had been worried about how he felt about her. But, he had answered the phone asking for her, Leaf! Maybe, just maybe, he liked her back. She held the phone back up to her ear, waiting to see if he would respond, and if he knew it was her.
