Wisp stared as Vesper got up and slowly started walking away. "Wait, where are you going?" She called to his back, utterly confused. By now her ice cream was mostly melted, but she didn't care. She was scared she had said something wrong to Vesper...

"You said we can't be friends anymore." He said turning to face her. "So I'm gonna go home. I'm sorry but I can't agree to the terms of being your friend cause you are choosing the wrong ice cream." He tried to keep a straight face but could no longer hold it and burst out laughing.

Wisp panicked slightly when she heard what he said, but realized it was a joke when he started laughing. "Ah you little- I'm gonna get you!" she yelled, abandoning the ice cream on the steps and getting up, running after him. She was careful not to jar her wrist because it was still broken, and because of her wrist as well, she couldn't turn into a wolf to keep up with him if he were to change into his wolf form. Gotta be fast then, Wisp thought to herself as she sprinted towards Vesper.

Vesper dodged wisp grasp and took off running. "Hey. Just cause you have a broken wrist doesn't mean you can chase others." He laughed at her. "Come on give it your best shot." He said.

Wisp grinned. Oh he was on. Ignoring her wrist this time, she lunged forward, going low. She was really quick and before Vesper could blink Wisp are about to bowl him over, This is what you get for laughing at me, she thought to herself as she narrowed her eyes and braced for impact, not sure if Vesper would move in time.

Vesper wasn't expecting the attack and so was sent flying head over heels. His head hit the ground hard. He flipped onto his stomach and was now on top of wisp who had gotten dragged to the ground with him. "You know you should really work on your tackle." He pushed himself up and rolled over so he has laying next to her on the ground.

Wisp rolled over with Vesper with a squeak. When they landed, she squinted, looking up at him. Her eyes flew wide open. She was looking up at him- When he rolled over and off of her, she took a deep breath, feeling her face turning red. Damn. She turned her head to gaze at Vesper for a moment before bursting out in laughter. "That was so much fun!" she said between giggles as she curled up slightly on her side facing Vesper, her body shaking with every laugh.

Vesper rubbed his head which was now throbbing. "Speak for yourself. I almost got a concusion" he spoke giving her a glare. "Never so that again." He said in his best serious voice and wagged a finger at her. "Seriously though. I think you broke my skull." He rubbed his head some more before placing both hands on his stomach and looking at the clouds.

Wisp laughed. "I doubt it, your skull is too thick," she teased, turning to lay on her back and watch the clouds scuttle across the sky. She stayed silent for a few moments longer before asking, "Why did you actually stay earlier? And why were you being so nice?" she added as an afterthought. She was genuinly confused, she though her and Vesper weren't necessarily on the best of terms...

Vesper rolled his eyes at her comment. "Why did you actually stay earlier? And why were you being so nice?" He heard her asked. He turned his head to look the opposite way of her. He couldn't just tell her he liked her. If it was that simple he would have done it a long time ago. He decided to just act like he didn't hear her and hoped that wisp would drop it. knowing her stubbornness she probably won't. He thought to himself.
