Frost's heart leapt, seeing the pure joy on Berry's face. At her words, the pale buck's head lifted, watching the serene form of the hummingbird flitting past. "Oh!" Frost said in surprise, though he turned away to rub his muzzle with his paws as a raindrop landed on his nose. "If you remember, I'd like to know," the old buck smiled, looking briefly at Berry before blushing and scanning the ground. "Oh! Here's one," Frost murmured, plucking out a clover and placing it at Berry's paws.

Leaper scratched casually behind his ear with a hindpaw in the rabbit equivalent of a shrug. "Eh, I noticed and didn't want to be rude." Feigning casualness, the little chimera nibbled on a grass stem for a moment, shaking his head to clear the worst of the rain. A question was on his mind, and he didn't like not knowing what everyone else thought. "What do you think of Blizzard?" Leaper asked, voice quiet.

Thistle could tell that Leaper wanted to ask something but was a bit nervous. She then nibbled on some grass herself before looking back at Leaper after he asked his question. "Oh- i uh. I dont know. He is very big- a-and, scary," Thistle said the last part quietly to herself though if Leaper was listening carefully he would've been able to her. "Im just a nervous wreck though, so you should go ask someone who- who isnt me. Im nervous around everybody at first."

Berry quickly looked away when blush spread across her face. She wasnt used to this, someone being so nice to her, espeically since Frost was- well the warcheif. Berry then looked at Frost again as he handed her a clover. She smiled before tucking it behind her ear. Berry then smiled and said "If i get enough of these i can make something" She then searched for clovers herself. Soon she found two clovers together. She started a clover pile with one but the other she hopped over to Frost and put it behind his ear. "Now were matching!" Berry said with a laugh and a smile. Just then it struck her. She knew what the hummingbird meant at her old warren. She gulped hard and her face flushed but she tried to hide it as she quickly turned away from Frost to look for more clovers.

Blizzard lay under the tree. Rain soaking through the branches and onto his gray pelt. The wind blowed hard sending rain droplets into his eyes and sending shivers up his spine. From where he was sitting he could faintly see Thistle and Leaper. They were talking, he barely heard his own name. He knew who they were talking about. Probably making fun of him and that he was a bad rabbit. He should probably get used to this he thought, trying to dig deeper in the snow. He probably have to get used to it.

Frost chuckled, trying not to flick his ear as Berry put the clover behind it. The buck had to admit that her actions confused him; weren't clovers for eating?
"Too bad you weren't at our old warren - we could have used your cleverness," Frost said, blinking curiously at her as she looked away. Was it possible that she felt it too? Wrapped up with his thoughts, he barely felt the storm beginning to bear down on the warren.

"Yeah, it's no wonder he's been able to survive on his own, with that size," Leaper said enviously. After speaking, the chimera nodded, not sure of what to say next. As a peal of thunder rang out, the little rabbit jumped up, startled. "I'm, er, gonna head back to the burrow."
Leaper caught sight of Blizzard burrowing miserably into the snow, and felt a little bad - but, well, nothing he could do about it now; maybe he'd talk to him in the morning.
It definitely made Leaper feel better to be underground, even if it was a little cramped. The small rabbit settled himself next to Aspen and closed his eyes.

Berry laughed but still had her head to the ground as she 'looked' for more clovers. "I have to admit It wouldve been nice to know y- i mean the warren earlier." Berry felt the rain pound on her fur but she didn't want to leave this moment. " Hey frost," Berry said meakly before turning to him, her face back to normal besides that she was soaking wet. "D- do you- uhh like anyone? Thistle told me about your past but ummm.....Have you moved on...?" Berry couldn't believe she was asking something like that but she couldnt hold it in any longer. Just then thunder rang out. It made Berry jump a bit but she stayed focused on Frost.

Thistle jumped as thunder clapped the sky and wanted to run into the warren. She nodded nervously as Leaper went into the warren. Oh how she wished she could go into the warren but it wad already almost full. She then looked around for Frost but couldn't find him. Another thunder clapped the sky and Thistle couldnt take it anymore. She bolted into the warren, scared. She then managed to lay down in a corner as rain poured outside. I hope everyone is okay. Thistle thought to herself as she lay there.

Aspen saw Blizzard digging in the snow. She almost felt sorry for him... Especially since it had just started to rain, but there wasn't really room it the borrow. Hopefully there would be room tomorrow... Aspen laid her head on her paws and watched the rain fall.

Oat woke briefly to the sound of thunder and the press of a rabbit against her side. She smelt the fear-tinged presence of Thistle and shuffled slightly to make more room for her. The big doe clucked soothingly like a sleepy hen, eyes closed, and faded back quickly into her quiet whistling snores.

Frost froze, blinking the rain out of his hazel eyes. Such a question was pleasantly blunt, eschewing the vagaries and half-misinterpreted gestures so common to more coy rabbits. The honesty was refreshing to Frost.
"Well," he murmured nervously, "Yes, I have. In all honesty...I think you would be a wonderful mate, Berry."
The big buck waited for her response in anxious anticipation, flinching as another peal of thunder rang out above the pair. The weather wasn't the only thing making his heart race, however. Frost had to admit, though, it felt good to be able to admit how he felt.

Berry let out a breath she didn't know she was holding as blush spread across her face. "I think you would be a good mate too," Berry said quietly. "And about the hummingbird, it was a symbol of love at my old warren. It helped me to realize my feelings." Berry couldnt believe this was happening but at the same time she was so glad Frost loved her back. That was what she feared most and yet it was nothing. Just then lightning flashed across the sky, making her close her eyes before gazing into Frosts hazel eyes with deep red blush across her face.
