Blake Bosch | 26 | Male | Hunter | Open Blake shut the door to his patrol car. The black Ford shone in the sun, making him squint his eyes. He'd, of course, left his sunglasses at home and the extra pair he kept in the car were old and scratched. It was a warm June day, and his uniform was killing him. He was at least grateful for the slight drizzle. There were five empty plastic water bottles at the feet of his passenger side. Blake ran his arm over his forehead, glancing up at the sun, a glare on his face and his eyebrows burrowed to hopefully block some of the hidden UV rays out of his green eyes. He looked around the nearly empty parking lot, scanning for another patrol car identical to his. He smiled as he spotted it turning in. He lifted his arm up into the air and let out a solid wave towards it, the car coming towards him. He knew the man behind the wheel well, they'd been partners for nearly three years now, Jack having seniority over 26 year old Blake. "Fancy seeing you here." Bosch joked, his arm resting on the hot seal of the window. "Yeah, anything good this morning? I've been quiet all day." Blake nodded, it'd been a quiet morning so far. He'd been hoping to run home for his lunch, knowing well that as long as he was able to respond to any call quickly he'd be able to run home. "Bosch." Blake flicked his eyes over to his partner. "Sorry, I was somewhere else." Blake said, looking at his arm. It had a old, seeming handmade bracelets on it that was tied on. He hadn't taken it off since he'd gotten it five years ago. "Yeah, I could tell." Jack said, watching him, eyes narrowed. Blake told him of the two speeding tickets that morning in a school zone, and left it at that. Like he'd said, quiet morning. They were always boring, but at least it was better than night shift. He hated the two month rotations. He had just a little less then a month left on day shift. He sighed and patted the car. "We should get back to it, I'm not liking this drizzle anymore. I hate getting wet." Blake said, looking back up at the sky. "Yeah, see you later Blake, and don't forget to keep me in the loop." Blake nodded. He knew he had an issue of leaving Jack out of things, by accident. If he could he would be glued to him. He admired him for everything he did and was grateful for Jack taking him under his wings. Blake now back in his car checked his phone. There was one message, but that wasn't important. He let out a breath and put his car in drive and crusied out of it. He put his left blinker on and checked both ways before turning. He drove for a bit in the silence, deciding if he wanted to wait another hour until he went home or if he should just check in at his home now. Blake watched the guy coming up quickly behind him in the rearview mirror. Don't hit me asshat. He thought to himself, as he turned his eyes back to the road, his mind made up. He'd was going to head home. Maybe he could take his hour lunch break and help the Alphas and higher ups set up for the Summer Festival. Blake parked next to a hill that people liked to speed down and set up his speed radar. He then took his phone out and went over the Captains notes for the next week before watching the cars breaking when they realized that he was sitting there. It always amused him. Blake sat there for about ten minutes without anything happening. He decided it was safe to head home. Often times he ate lunch out of his car, finding a park bench to sit at or just eating as he drove. It was reckless, but he'd been doing it since he was seventeen. Bosch drove next to the sea, aware of his surroundings and yet his mind was somewhere else. He rubbed his beard, thinking about something when a glint in the sea caught the corner of his eye. Just a boat. He shook his head and turned his focus back to the road ahead, the curves sharp but no issue for the sixty thousand dollar vehicle he drove. Blake yawned and took a hand off the wheel to run through his hair. It was about twenty minutes later when Blake pulled into his driveway. The cover of the woods seemed to make the sky darker. He leaned over to grab his pistol on instinct, but reminded himself he didn't have to carry it around the pack territory. He glanced back at it before shutting the door and locking it. His hip felt so empty as he walked towards his house, looking around for anyone to ask if they wanted help. He had his resting glare on his face as he scanned around, watching for any movement that wasn't supposed to be there. He fumbled with his keys for a moment before finding the correct one in the bunch on his ring. Sliding it into the door and turning it he heard the click and didn't bother removing it from the door. Stepping in, Blake looked around the room to make sure everything was the same way he left it this morning. He was annoyed at himself for leaving a empty coffee mug on the counter as he headed that was to clean it and put it away. Bosch opened a window to let a breeze into the cabin and sat down at the island, writting up a grocerie list while munching on a ham and cheese sandwich. It wasn't the best thing he'd had, but it would do. He sighed got up, cleaned his mess and looked at his watch. Shutting the door and locking it before Blake turned around. He wanted to help, but he wasn't sure who he was to talk to about it- Not that he had much time left on his lunch break anyways, but he could always help after he was off the clock. Blake slowly walked down the steps of his deck and walked towards his patrol car, hands in his pant pockets, looking around like he had never been there before.

Kane Haze | 26 | M | Head Hunter | M: Tori, Blake(ind), Pack(ind), Aoife Kaiser | 24 | M | Hunter | M: Adam, Blake(ind), Maeve Voicemail. Great. Kane blinked once before putting his phone away. He would have to check on her. Momentarily of course. He could see that the crewmates were almost done with the boat. Walking back over to Kai, hearing Aardam's question. A chuckle escaped him before he replied, "Yes, I believe it's time we all go home. I have paperwork most likely." Kane's eyes scanned the boat again before he whistled to one of the men, heading over to finish the last of the orders.
~
Kai watched Kane go to some of the lead humans that tended to the dock. Turning his attention back to Adam, he nodded, "I'll see you back at home. I could go for a nap." Kai stepped to the side, running a hand through his hair before heading towards the parking lot. There was a lot just for the ship crew which was nice. It looked like his bike was still locked up nicely. He unlocked it and put the chain away, you never knew what kind of people were around even if you lived in a good town.
Kai was almost completely prepared when rustling beside him made him turn his head. Kane was unlocking his own bike, a backpack on his shoulder. Kai finished with his bike, revving it up before waiting. He loved riding through the streets, the adrenaline that could be felt. Almost like running through the forest in his wolf form. Key word, almost. But it was close enough.
~
Kane had finished with the humans, letting them take over the last of the fish. After heading down to the parking garage and unlocking his bike, he tossed a helmet over to Kai. Whether or not he liked it, they had to wear helmets and Kane knew Rav well enough to know he wouldn't wear it without proper directions. Putting on his own, he slid down the visor before revving the engine. A twin rev beside him told him Raven was ready. Kicking the stand up, he started out of the garage, Kai by his side. They stayed like that for a while in the streets before Kai got playful.
Kane slowed as Kai sped up, doing a wheelie before slowing back down. Coming onto Kane's left side this time, Kane sped up slightly so Kai could come around again. Instead of doing another wheelie though, Kai let his engine rev a couple times. Kane knocked the top of his helmet once as they passed the police station, seeing a familiar face as they passed. The warrior seemed a bit bored but hopefully that would lift up. Kane slowed and leaned into the turn as they came to their community.
Coming to a halt in their driveway, Kane took off his helmet to watch Kai do a donut before rolling up beside him. "I can breathe again!" The man exclaimed beside him as he pulled off his helmet, mock gasping. Kane rolled his eyes with a chuckle before scanning the area. A familiar silver car was in the pack's parking lot for the mansion, signaling that Aoife was home. That was good. Perhaps he could catch up with her. Later though, he smelled of fish.
~
30 minutes later, both men had showered and had gotten something to eat. Kane's phone buzzed as he was heading for the door. Looking at the message, he frowned slightly before calling to Kai. "Raven! Head down to Maeve's and help her move some boxes. I'm going to let Alpha know we are back." He called before heading out. He heard an answering call but couldn't make it out. Pulling on a light rain jacket, he walked down the street to the pack's mansion. Many members had their own houses, but all were free to live inside the main house with the alpha's. Him and Kai were roommates themselves, living not too far. Always on pack territory though.
He gave a nod to the guards, receiving a few in return. He understood his rank but did not quite like any salute wise things that he had seen them do with the lead warrior. He was perfectly fine by himself. Walking through the halls, he paused at Tori's door, finding it open. He knocked before dipping his head at both Aoife and Tori, "Nice to see you two. Everything go alright while I was away?" Kane asked, staying near the door in case he interrupted something with the two females.
~
When Kane called for him, he had gotten a muffled, "Mkay!" back. Kai had spilled orange juice on his shirt (again) and had been changing. How could he be so clumsy? He blamed his legs, he still had sea legs. Shaking his head, he sat down for a couple minutes before heading out the door. And then headed right back in. It was raining, duh, he needed a rain coat. Pulling out one from his closet, he put it on and headed back out. He jogged down the lane, counting the houses to remember which one was the medic's. There.
Kai stopped at the front, looking slightly awkward before realizing no one was home. Oh. Right. Maeve would be at the pack house. Maybe being out at sea for three days wasn't the best for his head. Kai scratched his neck before hurrying over to the pack house, weaving through the halls. He spotted her just as he was about to pass one of the hallways and quickly doubled back. "Heyo Maeve, Kane had to check with the alpha to tell her we were finally back but he said you needed some help moving boxes. Is it alright if I take his place?" Kai said, the words rolling off his tongue with ease. It had been a while since he communicated with actual wolf shifters like himself but it felt normal. Finally. He stayed put, awaiting her answer.

Aardam Kroon | 23 | M | Hunter | M: Kane, Kai, Maeve, Blake Aardam chuckled, he'd like a nap as well. His eyelids were heavy in the as the drizzle began to soak his shoulders and messy hair. He followed Kai with a distance, not wanting to get into his personal space. Adam looked back at the boat as it rocked slightly in the little waves bumping against the dock. He sighed happily. He loved the sea, he always had. Adam watched Kai unlock his bike. He couldn't understand why they enjoyed riding them. His foot steps seemed to echo behind him, making he glance back, his back tingling as if someone was watching. Other than crew there was no one in sight. Blue eyes gazed around the dock. All was silent. He shook his head, and raised his eyebrows at himself. He really could use that nap. His dirty white pickup truck was still sitting the same place. He didn't doubt it would be, but it had been towed before from this lot. At night on the fishing trip he'd wake up in the middle of the night panicking that he didn't put his crew member card on the dashboard. Adam waved at Kane and Kaiser as they revved their engines. He rubbed his eye, watching them out of the other one. They left the lot, leaving Aardam alone with this thoughts and whatever demon he felt was stalking him. A large bellowing laugh made him glance at the humans. Idiots. They were all annoying, but he would never say that to their faces. Maybe he was just hungry? He hadn't really eaten in the past three days. . Adam closed the door as he slid into the driver seat. He put the key in ignition and turned it. Nothing. Hmm. Turned it back off and tried again. It began to sputter. The truck wasn't that old, and he'd just gotten a new battery. Finally it roared to life. Note to self: Don't let your truck sit for three days. He thought as he sat there for a minute. He kicked it into drive and pulled out of the parking spot, and drove to the exit. He let two cars pass before turning and heading home. He passed the police station and didn't see Blake's car anywhere. Must be out and about. Once he was out of town and in pack territory he sped up, knowing the forest well. He had his windows down and his hair blowing back in the wind. He slowed down once he reached camp, passing the main house and getting to his home. It sat alone and dark. Empty without his presence. He got out quickly and jogged up the stairs to the deck and door. Quick to unlock the door. He left it hanging open as he made his way to the backdoor, glancing up at the large windows that had collected a ton of dust. When was the last time he cleaned? Dirty socks hung over the couch and a shirt in the middle of the rug around the fireplace. He opened the back door and smiled at his chickens. He made chicken noises and the six of them lifted their heads as they ran towards him, clucking back. "Hey Ladies, how have you been?" He asked, reaching down to pet one's back. Aardam got up to clean their water and feed them before he went and showered. They followed him over to the shed where the feed was kept, and excited paced around him as he threw the crumbled out for them. . Freshly showered, and drying his brown hair with a towel he sat down on the back of the cream colored couch to watch the chickens through the window. He had to clean them tonight. Maybe after dinner... He got up from where he sat, laying the towel right where he'd been sitting. He didn't feel like going back to the bathroom to hang it up. It would be just fine there. He quickly looked through the kitchen and found nothing of interest to eat. He sighed, and picked up his truck keys. He should get going to the main house to help.. Maybe after that he'd clean. With one last look out the window at his hens, he closed his front door, but didn't bother to lock it. He was just going to be down the road. . Adam found himself at the door of the main house. It was always awkward for him to go in. He really disliked being in peoples space. Slowly he walked down the hallway in ripped skinny jeans and a fresh shirt, his hair still working on air drying the rest of the way. He didn't know where to go... He sighed, and listened for any voices. Hearing Kaisers voice, he decided he would follow it. Coming up behind him, he paused. Was he going to interupt anything? Should he just wait here to be noticed? But that was awkward. 'Don't mind me just standing here watching you-' He thought to himself as he thought of what he wanted to do. Having made up his mind, he approched Kai and who sounded like Maeve. "Hey," He said with a smiled, and small wave, "Do you guys need any help? I'm looking for something to keep me busy." He said, awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck with a cheery smile on his face. He felt a lot more comfortable with Kaiser then he did Maeve, but that was only because he spent so much time working with him in a small area. Aardam glanced around the main house, he'd been in it many times before, but it always seemed weird to be. It felt like it wasn't a space he wanted to stay in, but he was weird with boundries. He looked out the window at the birds in the trees, his mind seeming to be elsewhere.

Sam Williams / 24 / Female / Assistant Healer / Maeve, Aardam, Kai Pack(ind) / Sam groaned hearing Maeve yelling from the other side of the door, she sat up and stretched grabbing her phone. She placed it inside of her backpack before pulling it onto her shoulders and stepping towards the door before turning around. Sam grabbed her glasses squinting through them at the light. She cleaned the smudges off and placed them on her face before unlocking the door, Sam quickly grabbed her jacket placing it through her arms. "I'm up don't worry Maeve." Sam said with a small smiled before losing the door behind her and locking it. She saw Kai and Adam were waiting with Maeve then said "Didn't mean to hold up the group" she chuckled placing her keys into her jackets pockets. she placed her hands in her pockets "you guys helping wit moving inventory?" she asked looking at both of the guys before crossing her arms across her chest. Sam wasn't really a person who liked to wait and wanted to get things done as fast as possible, with the festival coming up there was a lot of things that needed to be done and Sam wanted to help as much as possible. "Well we better get a move on before it takes us all night," she sighed. Sam loved her job but it was such a hassle since it was only Maeve and her being the doctors of the pack. Yes, Maeve was the head healer but it still is a lot of work having to take care of everyone. Sam tried to think of what was in the inventory at the time and how many papers where needed to be sorted but she shrugged her shoulders and cleared her mind looking back and the small group of people. |Aardam Kroon|23|M|Hunter|M: Kai, Maeve, Blake, Sam| |Blake Bosch|26|M|Hunter|M: Kane, Kai, Maeve, Adam, Sam| . Aardam turned his attention back to the people he stood with, blue eyes narrowed. He didn't have time for this... He did, but that was besides the point. He could be doing better things... Like reading a book, or sleeping on the couch. He sighed, and headed towards the boxes, hoping that his co-workers would follow his lead. He wasn't used to leading things, especially when there were higher-ups involved, but he did what needed to be done. He hoped that the boxes weren't too heavy, afraid of embarrassing himself as he picked out the perfect box to lift. . Blake's attention was quickly drawn to the sounds of motor bikes coming down the road, alert and ready for anything, his door open, keys already in the igntion. He was quite happy to see that Kane and Kasier hadn't been messing around and going too fast. He'd be reluctant to write up a ticket for them. He relaxed his shoulders, but remained alert. He had a half hour until he needed to get back to work, and he really just wanted to help his packmates with setting up. Blake had already taken the festival off from work, his partner not happy about it, complaining to him every morning for the past two weeks. Slowly, he drove up to the main house. As he parked, he gazed up at it. The houses sheer size never failed to impress him. He got out, his belt still on the passenger side seat, and closed the door. His hip felt so light, but he still had his pocket knife in his back pocket. His navy blue button up shirt blew slightly in the breeze as he approched the front door. . Adam turned his head towards the noise of someone else approching the group. There wasn't a strong scent of cologne, but it was definitely there. He knew it, but he just couldn't put his finger on whose it was. His eyes flicked to Kai, watching to see if he noticed the person as well. He had two boxes in his arms, now just waiting to be told where to take them. Out of the corner of his eye as he looked at Sam for instruction on where they wanted the boxes, he caught the navy shirt. Ah. He knew who that was. He gave a short nod to the fellow Hunter. He'd always been weary of any officals, but mostly of cops. He knew plenty that had their heads up their ass. He let out a slightly annoyed sigh, and began walking down the hallway. The boxes were heavy, and his arms were tired. . Kroon passed Blake without a word. Bosch watched him go past, wondering what got him all huffy. His eyes narrowed as he observed the younger man. Deciding it wasn't worth waisting time on his precious break, he turned back to Kai and the girls with a crooked smile. "Can I lend you' all a hand while I can?" He asked, looking each of them up and down, his eyes light and cheerful. He could hear Aardam's footsteps fading away as he walked away with his boxes. His attitude made Blake want to laugh, although, he was sure he was tired after working out at sea for three days.

Maeve O'Cleirigh | 23 | Female | Head Healer | Sam, Blake, Aardam, Kai . Meave glanced at her phone while she waited for Sam to open, breifly hearing her voice call from inside. Looking up when she heard footsteps approach, smiling as she recognised the cheerful face of Kai coming down the hall. But before she could start to respond more footsteps sounded, glancing behind the first hunter revealed another Aardam with Blake shortly behind him. Sam had exited her room and briefly spoke to Kai and Aardam, while Meave fought with herself at how many had gathered. . "Well looks like we've got plently of hands to help out" she chuckled nodding to the males, she briefly turned to Sam handing her a second fold that had been stored within her bag. It had been labled with her name, "this is the paperwork that is needed from you as my assisstant". Meave gave the group a nod before leading the way to the herb storage, opening the door and glancing about the room with a frown. . "Such a mess" she muttered quietly before beginning to direct what needed to be moved, motioning Sam to begin sorting through and recording what they had left. Pausing for a moment Meave's gaze shot to Kai, "hey Kaiser! After you move that box can you go get the three from the infurmary? They should be stacked together labed storage". She called to the male, giving him a nod as she threw the keys to him. Edited at November 11, 2023 03:29 AM by East MountainClan

Tori *Pending Last Name* | 24 | Female | Luna | Aiofe and Kane Tori jumped slightly hearing the female warrior's voice and she turned nodding. "I will be fine. He usually calls me in the evening and we catch up." She unfolded herself from her arms and walked over taking the folder from Aiofe. "Thank you. I will read this this evening." She paused as she set the folder down. "How was your trip?" Of course she would ask how the trip was for Aiofe, as a gesture of concern for her pack mate. She was just about to sit down when Kane stepped into the office. "I guess I am the popular one today." Her facial features brightened when her eyes landed on Kane. "As good as it can with all of my help gallavanting about the world with my husband." Her tone jovial but it didn't fade the loneliness in her eyes. "I trust your fishing trip went well and no one decided to try and throw anyone overboard?" The question was accompanied with a raised eyebrow as she moved from behind her desk to stand closer to the two heads. "I am happy to see that you two made it back safely. Lord knows I would go mad if I was still al-" Her words cut off as her phone rang and she quickly stepped over picking it up. It was a matter of seconds and her shoulders slumped in relief as she looked between Kane and Aiofe. "Well you are interrupting my lovely check in with Aiofe and Kane, but I am sure they understand that my darling doesn't call this early." She mouthed an apology to the two heads and moved over to the pile of papers quickly looking through them. "Yes...yes that has been ordered. No..." She straightened her back before speaking again. "No. We can talk about that later." Her tone almost like a mother scolding a child but his hearty laugh could be heard on the other end. "I love you too....now you pay attention to your driving so that you can get here safely and I can breath once you have me wrapped in your embrace." With that she hung up the phone and let out a deep sigh. "Liam says hello to you both and that he wants chaos to ensue."

Kaiser | 24 | M | Hunter | M: Pack (dir and ind) Kai turned as heard Adam, flashing a grin before turning his attention back to the door as it opened. Out popped Sam, whom Kai offered yet another grin. "No hold-up there and we are at your service." He said, giving a mock salute with a wink. At her arm crossing, he gave a gesture to the side, "Lead the way." Adam moved first, following her down the hall before Kai followed. As they got to the boxes, Kai hefted one up in his arms, noting that Adam was finding one that wasn't too heavy. None of them were that heavy but it was tiring nevertheless.
He had just walked out of the storage room when he heard Maeve. A tossed key ring made him dip the box to catch it. "You got it!" He said back before walking down the hall to the main room. Turning into a side room, he placed the box down before grabbing the keys. Heading back down the hall, he paused as he caught sight of a navy shirt. Kai smiled before noticing that Adam got slightly huffy and left, going down the hallway. At Blake's offer, Kai cracked a smile before saying, "The more, the merrier. And the faster we get this done too. There's a room at the end of the hall that sorting usually takes place at. Start grabbing boxes and head over there. I'm going to grab the ones from the infirmary."
Kai nodded to his fellow hunter before heading up the stairs. The infirmary was on the second floor, but there was an elevator at the back of the house. He would have to grab the trolley to get the boxes all the way down. Kai might have some off moments, but even he knew that safety was more important than a few equipment. Making it up the stairs, he stopped by at a janitor closet for the trolley before heading over to the infirmary.

Sam Williams / 24 / F / Assistant Healer / M: Pack (dir and ind) Sam looked at the paper work for a couple of seconds before shoving it into her jacket, Sam looked at some of the shelving it was full of old paper work and files. Sam looked at Maeve giving a small sigh before grabbing a couple of hand fulls of papers placing them on the floor sorting through them. She watched as Kai left with the keys and shook her head and continued through the papers, she gave a low sigh before standing up and stretching her body. Sam then took off her jacket as it was getting warm placing it on the floor next to her before sitting on her knees. "When was the last time you sorted through everything?" Sam said in shock looking through how many papers there were. She raised an eyebrow looking at Maeve looking for a answer out of curiosity, then the paperwork came to her mind she would have to fill that out ot make her the official Healer's assistant. She was lost in thought still sorting through the papers drowning out the noise around her from the shuffling of papers. This was some what therapeutic to Sam as she loved having something to do with her hands. She flinched and there was a loud bang behind her, Sam turned around just seeing a box on the floor that had fallen from one of the shelving units. Good this is like a horror movie. she thought slowly turning back around reaching for the paper work once again. Edited at November 6, 2023 03:40 PM by Mountian Pack

Blake Bosch | 26 | Male | Hunter | M: The Pack (Dir and Ind.) Aardam Kroon | 23 | Male | Hunter | M: The Pack (Dir. and Ind.) Blake was distracted by something in his thoughts when Kai's voice brought him back down to Earth. He smiled at Kaiser, looking down at his shoes, yep, the more the merrier. He then watched which way Maeve and Aardam had gone, wanting to make sure that he was going to go in the correct direction. He hadn't really ever spent a lot of time in the main house. He had always felt like it wasn't his space to invade, much like he wouldn't want the pack in his house making a mess. He turned his attention to the boxes, approching them silently, but careful to not step on Sam. Blake took a quick glance at the paperwork, his eyes narrowed as he read a sentence. Hmm. He had enough paperwork to do at work, he wanted nothing to do with this amount of it. Blake paused in front of the closet, his box already scouted out. He needed to check the time. Fifteen minutes until he needed to get back to his cruiser. He always had the habit of keeping his phone on him, either on his belt or in a pocket somewhere. He knew that if his partner called and he didn't pick up he would be in trouble, and he kind of liked his job. He picked up his box, scanning where the rest of them disapeared. He slid his leather boots over the floor, checking how slick it was. His boots had great grip, and were light like running shoes, hence why he had them, but he wasn't going to risk a broken collarbone. He began walking after Adam, his mind wandering through many thoughts. A loud sound coming from behind him made him drop the box he held, and he quickly spun around. He stood in combat form, his hand hovering over where his firearm should be, his green eyes alert, and his shoulders tense. He relaxed when he saw the box, chuckling to himself. He tried to calm his shaking nerves. "Are you alright?" He asked Sam, knowing well that the box didn't seem to hit him, but yet, that was his first response. Blake relaxed his shoulders, and sheepishly turned back towards the box he'd dropped. . Adam put the boxes down in the corner, listening to Maeve as she mumbled to herself. A sound coming from behind him caught his attention, wondering what Blake had done this time. He gave a nod to Maeve and headed back to get more boxes. The quicker he got them done, the quicker he could take a nap. Adam passed Blake, and gave him a small smile. He looked around, hoping that Kai or Kane would come and rescue him from the task he put himself up for. He gave Sam a hearty smile and picked up the box next to her, hoping that nothing broke in it.
