"No, no, rest." Oat insisted. "We aren't expecting any kits, plenty of time to gather nesting materials." She found her shallow scrape and curled up, eager to rest while she could and avoid as much as the storm as possible. "The grass is probably already soaked by now, anyway. The storm is coming from that direction."

"Well I guess your right." He said looking at Oat. "I guess I'll sleep then, and if you need anything just ask." He told her, and curled up against the wall. He had a weird feeling growing in his gut. This is going to be a terrible storm he thought, sensing the tension in the air. I hope notging goes wrong.. No! He screamed in his thoughts, You must not think like that. He knew he needed rest so he shut his eyes, starting to doze off.

Alarm flashed through Thistle as a big buck and Oat came towards the warren. She quickly hopped out of sight and watched the duo enter the warren. She jumped back and ran for a short sprint when she heard the buck yell. After calming down she was going to go to Frost to see what was happening but she saw him talking to Berry so she stood there for a second. She was temped to listen in, but no- she couldnt do that....Thistle then decided to nibble on some grass a few hops away from a sunflower shoot.

Ash nodded towards Blizzard and Oat as they made their way towards the warren. Just then Ash heard thunder roll across the sky. He shivered. This is going to be a bad storm, Ash thought to himself. We should probabally get the weak, sick and small inside, and the big and strong brave it outside. After carefully thinking out his plan he hopped over to Frost but stopped short when he saw Berry talking to him. He decided to wait so he waited 5 hopps away from the duo. While they were talking Ash heard a bit and couldnt help but listen in.

Frost's heart leapt, seeing the pure joy on Berry's face. At her words, the pale buck's head lifted, watching the serene form of the hummingbird flitting past. "Oh!" Frost said in surprise, though he turned away to rub his muzzle with his paws as a raindrop landed on his nose. "If you remember, I'd like to know," the old buck smiled, looking briefly at Berry before blushing and scanning the ground. "Oh! Here's one," Frost murmured, plucking out a clover and placing it at Berry's paws.

Leaper scratched casually behind his ear with a hindpaw in the rabbit equivalent of a shrug. "Eh, I noticed and didn't want to be rude." Feigning casualness, the little chimera nibbled on a grass stem for a moment, shaking his head to clear the worst of the rain. A question was on his mind, and he didn't like not knowing what everyone else thought. "What do you think of Blizzard?" Leaper asked, voice quiet.

Blizzard kept shutting his eyes tight, kept moving around, but he just couldn't sleep. He knew the storm would be bad. Distant thunder boomed in the distance and saw a small flicker of light. He pricked his ears, and he heard the sound of drizzling rain. He hoped the storm wouldn't be too bad, but he knew it would be a terrible storm. Soon more rabbits would flood into this burrow. His knew family. He hopped a little in excitement. His new family. What could go wrong?

Thistle jumped as she heard her name. She looked around to see Leapers familiar face. "O-oh hi leaper! Y-you scared me!" She said with a laugh. Just then a raindrop hit her head and soon after she felt drizzle. She jumped a bit at first but she realized it was just rain and calmed down. How she wished she could go in the warren but she knew that was selfish. She then turned her attention back to Leaper and asked, "S-so are you thar bored to come and talk to me?" She said with a laugh. Most of the rabbits didn't talk to her but she couldnt blame them.

Berry nodded, "I was worried too...."And in her head she finished her sentence by saying about you. Berry then found heraelf staring at Frosts eyes. His voice brought her back to reality. Berry was shocked at Frosts question and tone of voice but she found herself smiling wide. "Of course Frost! Itll be fun! Its already starting to rain but i think we'll be fine!" Berry said, her voice a bit more enthusiastic than normal. Just then Berry saw a little hummingbird looking for flowers behind Frost. She gasped happily and pointed behind Frost to the hummingbird. "Look a hummingbird! In my old warren that meant something....but i forgot what it was....Ill remember later though, so don't worry." Berry said with a smile. She could feel herself getting excited for the trip even though just a couple of hours ago there was a bobcat.

Hop & Bog / Patrollers / Mentions: Oat, Thistle, Blizzard

Bog had intended to stay in the bush during the storm, but despite Hop's best efforts to weave walls, the water poured down from above relentlessly and drove the two brothers to the burrow.

Oat and Thistle had dug out enough that everyone could fit, if snugly, but the large stranger buck took up enough space that the brothers were forced to share a single scrape.

Hop tried to ignore his brother's foot pressed against his face, the bigger buck taking up as much space as possible to be annoying. Still, it was better than being out in the storm. The burrow was warm and damp from the amount of rabbits crammed in it.

Blizzard could see the two brother looking rabbits crammed next to him. One of them had their foot in the other rabbits face. They looked annoyed at him and he knew exactly why. Blizzard was huge, so he took up a lot of space which means the other rabbits would be crammed. Blizzard squeezed against the wall trying to make room for the other rabbits who would soon be in here. It was no use, even though he opened a little bit of space not even a mouse would be able to sleep comfortably. So Blizzard crawled to the opening of the burrow and shoved himself down there. Even though half of his body was in the rain he didn't mind. As long as everybody liked him he'd be happy. But would they?

Aspen signed, it looked like the borrow was full. under the tree... again she thought, disappointed.

He saw the rabbit look at the burrow and then turn away. It was quite full but it would be mean not to let them in. Blizzard hopped out of the burrow towards the rabbit. The rain soaking through his coat he continued. "You can take my space if you'd like. I am too big for the burrow anyway." He said hopping towards a nearby tree.
