Shani backed away. "Is this your cave? I'm sorry! I had no idea. Just let me out and you won't see me again."

Midnight growled, not knowing how to handle random lions yet. This cave was suppose to be for the pride, at least, thats what he thought. He still smelled the former Ajihad pride there. *How can this lioness not smell them* he thought as Aslan looked at Midnight, wondering why he seemed so agressive now. / Aria placed Fae by Yael and Luna before she watched the lionesses. Most of the younger ones seemed to be in the middle of the group now, which was good. Its where they needed to be to keep them safe.

Shani got a grip on herself. She needed to be calm and collected. "I am Shani and I am a lone lioness, I have stayed in this cave in the past and thought that it was abandoned. I mean no harm." Shani tried to appear brave but she couldn't stop shaking. And then she noticed the red maned lion. He didn't look as aggressive as the others, maybe he would help her?

Ajihad cocked his head. "You are either cocky, foolish, or oblivious. This place still smells like it's been inhabited by lions. This used to be my home a week ago, and I came back to reclaim it." He raised a brow at Midnight. One lioness hardly deserved that much aggression.

Aslan watched quietly before he looked at Midnight again. *He must be new* he thought. Then he remembered the cub. *I wonder if he's her father* he thought. It would make sense why he was so agressive right then, protective of his cub.

"Of course I smelled the lions, but there was no one around. I stayed here a few days ago just to rest up. A nomad like me takes rest and water anywhere she can find it." Shani said fixing her amber gaze on the lion who appeared to be the leader.

Astrid called for Storm, "Hey, we lionesses are staying here taking care of the cubs." She supposed that Storm could go over there if she wanted to. She carefully kept alert, and she went back over to the other lionesses and cubs. She nuzzled Luna, and felt affection well up into her heart. They were lucky that they had so many healthy lion cubs. Ajihad raised a brow imagining that he would have considered that a big risk. "Has there been any other lions around here?" he decided there couldn't be any harm in asking. "We're not going to hurt you unless you attack us," he decided he better clarify that. It appeared that he had become the speaker for the group, and he hoped that Siku wouldn't take offense.

Ivy / "Storm, come back!", hissed Ivy, scowling. She then glanced at Amara, nervous that she made an impression of a dominant lioness. She backed away, giving the dominant lioness the chance to speak if needed. / Siku / Siku eyed Shani. She seemed like a capapble lioness. Maybe she'll want to join them? He gave a disapproving look at Midnight as the black lion growled at the frightened nomad. Doesn't he remember what it is like being a nomad? He was glad that at least Ajihad was kinder to Shani. "You have to get out of here", Siku said sternly, "Unless you will want to join our pride".

Shani considered her options. She could go on being alone and living with her past hounding her or, she could make a brand new start with this pride. "No other lions have been here," she said twitching her ear with the bullet hole through it, " I would like to join if you'll accept me." Shani said to the other lion who had spoken. / "However, I have never seen a pride with so many males. Wouldn't there be alot of quarreling and," Shani shuddered," betrayal?"
