Hey there!
I have been away from wolfplay for a while, and recently came back with the itch to roleplay again (like I usually do haha). I've noticed group RPs seem to have dropped off a bit since I was last here, and those were always some of my favorites when they succeeded. So, I was hoping to start one up!
Overall, I'd like to do one that is semi-literate to literate, with a minimum of 2 paragraphs or more. I'd like to try and keep it fairly active with at least a post a week where possible, but I totally understand if life gets in the way! I myself work two jobs and am in school, and I do this in my free time to take a break. I'd like to try something different to hopefully get an RP started is well. Once I post the sign-ups, I want to start the RP a week later regardless of how many people have joined. Whoever is ready with their OCs and have been accepted can start right away, and I'd keep it open so that everyone else can start when they're ready, or if people join later they'd be welcome as well. Even if we only end up with one or two others aside from me, I'm hoping we could get things started and just have fun with it!
I've hosted roleplays before a couple times on WP a long time ago, as well as a few times on other sites. As such I do have a couple structured RPs already made and ready to post that I would be happy to revamp, as well as a couple in the works. I wanted to see if there was one that people were interested in most before I just threw something into the sign-ups and hope people join. Here is a little bit on each of them:

- A Perilous Deal - A mysterious being known as The Contractor is tasked with keeping balance between three different dimensions, and with protecting them from the threat of monsters and demons. He is unique for making deals with humans; he grants them what they most desire along with a new start at life, and in return they assist him in protecting the dimensions until the debt is repaid. These people are known as the Masked Ones. This is due to the special mask they wear gifted by The Contractor, a mask that is crafted in the likeness of an animal or mythical creature that is a reflection of the soul. These masks come with special abilities that allow the humans to assist The Contractor and protect themselves from the dangers of the other dimensions.
- Status: Complete and ready to post! I have a few plots points in mind, but we could honestly take this one wherever and make it up as we go. I wrote a blog a while ago for what a first meeting with The Contractor might look like, if you want to check it out!
- The Calamity of Ochiba - A deadly blight is spreading through the Empire of Ochiba, killing everything it touches and turning the land black. A group of the best and brightest in the Empire, as well as others recruited from beyond its borders, are gathered by the Emperor to seek out the cause of this blight and put an end to it in a last ditch effort to save the Empire and its people.
- Status: Complete. Another small blog I wrote about the founding legend of the empire can be found here if you want to read it for fun. This may or may not be heavily involved in the overall plot of the RP... ;D
- Xona City - In a dystopian future, people live in 'Cities' that travel over earth's ruined surface. In one such City the people have fallen on hard times, and it has largely become a lawless place. At night, Xona is ruled by groups of teens and young adults who have banded together to battle over territory, but not with guns and knives. In this City, they race through back alleys and underground at breakneck speeds, even risking their lives for power, money, and the thrill of the race. They battle with hoverboards.
- Status: Complete. This RP is actually inspired by a book I read a long time ago on Wattpad called Regona City: The Creed (BK1) by voif1d. I created the particular city Xona based on this universe, but credit to the idea of this dystopian world and hoverboard crews goes to this book!
- Oathkeepers - Magical beings known as mythics used to live in peace with humans until a horrific war split them apart, and almost destroyed both races. When the war finally ended, the Great Elders performed a powerful spell to split the world into two sister realms. The mythics when to live in one, and the humans remained in the other. This was done in hopes to prevent another war from ever happening again. Centuries later the realms have remained separate, but now a dark threat is rising to power in the realm of the humans, and in order to fight it the mythics and humans need to meet again, to take the Oath, and save both of their realms.
- Status: Work in progress. I have most of it written up, and a vague idea of a plot, I would just need to put it into a good sign-ups format and touch up a few things to get it ready!
- Mages of Katihle - In the fantasy kingdom of Katihle, six clans of elemental mages reign, protecting the land and its people. The source of each mage's magic lies in an artifact they carry called a soulstone, which is how they channel and focus their magic. RP 1 - Once every year, members of all six clans gather to meet, greet, and compete in what is called The Gathering of Souls. RP 2 - An evil being called a Shade has overtaken the kingdom of Katihle, and now a new generation of mages must group together with the rebellion to take the kingdom back.
- Status: Both RP plots are complete!
