Race Time..... Dylan Dylan was ready, he was ready to win! He was still sore from the fight and plus his paws hurt due to the digging but never he less he was ready. As soon as the gun shot went off so did Dylan. He was by the male which he didn't like but he was determined to win. Alex Alex looked behind her, at her team. Her head then shot forward when the gun shot went off. She then ran as fast as she could. She still couldn't believe that she was really here. Yukon Yukon saw as Alex looked back. She then began to run when the gun shot went off. She ran as fast as she could. Charity Charity wad nervous, that was for sure. She hated being this close to the other dogs but turned her focus to the race when the gun shot went off. She then took off, running as fast as she could. Just like when she was training all her fears melted away when she began to run. |

Avalanche "Ava"|4|Swing|M: Open As soon as Ava heard the gunshot, she was off. She wasn't the fastest but she did have stamina from running for two and a half years. She watched ahead of her, careful not to trip on any rocks or sticks. She kept her eyes around her, scanning for a sudden rock or two that she may trip on. She kept her pace steady, her breathing calm, and her eyes ahead of her. (Alright bye, see ya'll in the morning ^.^) (Also, what are the lineup/positions of the team dogs?) |

(Siren and River are next to each other.) Siren/2yrs/F/Team dog/Alaskan.Malumute~M:River(Ref),The team Siren heard the gun shot go off and bolted towards with River and the rest of the team. She continued to run panting. She saw that there was a female in front of her. She was in the 3rd row to the back. She could hear the other dogs barking as they went passed. She thought We need to pick up the speed. Celestial/5yrs/F/Team dog/Husky~M:The Team Celestial was hooked up next to a male and she didn't know who it was. She was closer to the front. She began to pick up speed as she saw the other dogs pass. She was running fast and panting. She didn't know if she would make it since she hadn't raced in a bit. She thought I guess I'm rusty well dang it. Celestial looked forward and saw that a snow storm was coming in. |

River . +She starts off fast her eyes determined her paws steady her eyes one the dog in front off her, not looking on the ground a sharp rock comes into view. Coming closer the the sharp object river suddenly runs over it her front paw falling into the rock a loud Yelp leaves her maw a soft whimper leaving afterwards but she doesn't stop trying to ignore the pain her speed slowing down+ . . . Jake . +His lead was low as he ran his legs streaching out widely before hitting the ground with small thuds, his ears flatten at the sound of a loud Yelp but he couldn't stop he had to keep going if the team was to win so he pushed himself further his tail striaght+ |

Siren/2 yrs/Team dog/Alsakan Malumute~M: River Siren heard River yelp and looked over while she was running. She said "Are you okay River?' She was gonna help her if she wasn't. She looked ahead watching to make sure that she kept the pace. She looked at River out of the corner of her eye. |

Avalanche "Ava"|4|Swing|M: River (ind), Mukluk, Dylan Ava kept her eyes ahead of her as she heard a yelp. The yelp came from behind her and it sounded like River. Ava heard one of the dogs ask if River was okay and she too waited for a response. She kept watching the trail in front of the leaders. Then, they approach a medium-sized rock on the right side of the trail. Ava barked, "Mukluk, Dylan, rock on the right." She did this to warn them off the rock so they could steer clear of it and others on the right side wouldn't trip and injure themselves as River may have just done. As she took her eyes from the rock, a gust of wind blew her fur. She looked to the sky and a snowstorm was rolling in. She looked back at the trail, watching for any rocks that could injure anyone. |

Luna | 3 yrs | German Shepherd Wolf Hybrid | | Position: Team Dog | Mention: The Team, Adria. Luna would be running with the dogs on the team when hearing the gun shot, the harness fit perfectly on her the wolfdog's frame while pulling the sled with the other dogs. Her eyes remained forward with her ears kinda flat against her skull. She desperately wanted to prove her worth, still quite surprised that she managed to pass the test to even make it into the position of team dog. Luna would be running next to a dog {Yukon}. The female would hear a yelp from the back, turning her head slightly to look to see what happened, the sound came from River. "Hey, what's wrong? Are you alright?" She asked with a concerned tone to her voice. (Playing catch up with this role is gonna be a bit difficult since I'm not always on 100% of the time.) |
