Tori quickly leaped out and grabbed her daughter. "It's okay young Lyra, he will be back..." she said with a small giggle.

Morpheus glanced at Lyra. "He'll be back." He said to her. "I hope" He then mumbled under his breath.

Lyra looked at her mother. She then looked back where her brother had been and whined softly. "Promise?" She asked them both softly in a whisper.

Tori looked down at her pup. "Promise..." she said with a smile and giggle.

Morpheus dismissed the pack with a flick of his tail sending them to do their daily tasks. He called the lead hunter over to tell him he would not be joining the hunt that day.

Lyra nuzzled her mom. "ok." She said. "can I go play?" She asked giving a sweet smile.

Tori game a nod and got up. "Yes, but don't go into the woods" her mother warned.

Lunar growled as he ran through the woods, trying to get far from there.

Lyra smiled and slinked off. She had evaded the talk and was proud. She walked up to the other pups wagging her tail.

Morpheus laughed. I thought you wanted to have a talk with her.

Tori looked over at Morpheus, a confused look on her face, but then she shook her head. "Later, I'm going fishing."

Morpheus shook his head laughing. "Sure you will. Don't go too hard on her. She is the same way Lunar was when he was her age." He padded off to the den and flopped down watching the entrance.

Tori gave a nod. She then trotted through the forest until she got to a river. She placed her head into the water and waited for a fish to come near her.

Morpheus hoped that Lunar was to mad at him. He was just trying to get the boy to prove himself so the pack would except him.

Lyra laughed and pounced on another pup. "Got you." She said to him with a chuckle. The male pup laughed before running off again.
