I dislike medications but they can make you feel better. It's good for some people especially if you can't escape the enviornment you're in to relax or just have a stressful life. Or too mind on your mind.

I don't blame you for not telling him. I fear messing up my future with anyone because I don't know I could hold a relationship for long and I want to. I just know I'd mess up somewhere. A good partner will be good with that though.
Since you both are in your 20s, it feels like it could be good to get a lifelong relationship, but just the still liking after 3 years says something
You'll be okay if he says no, but you'll feel so much better than you do now if he says yes. And if he does say no, it will probably be bad for a while but there are other people out there. I feel like he will say yes to you though

wendigo was wandering into a new territory since he was a lone wolf he was always traveling he went to take a break by stopping by a creak and then he started hunting for food eventually he finds a rabbit and he kills it but he sences another precense nearby so he stays alert while he eats
