this isn't a mental health thing, but I've been noticing recently how autism has affected me >.>
For example, it feels like I'm the forgotten child/person of my family. I mean, it really does help that i dont have to deal with stuff and it helps with overstimulation that I'm not invited and can leave early but it feels so.. lonely. It feels lonely and before i got diagnosed, i had a huge friend group, and even though I was in horrible shape I had companionship in person T^T
Basically what I'm saying is it's getting awfully annoying to feel so left out all the time even when it's for my own good.
I dunno if anyone else with autism can understand:P It comes in waves for me and right now it's the worst
