the posing on that cryptid attack is amazing. They look so intimidating, something straight out of an apocalypse! :0 and the lighting detail on the top- love that effect you did there. *^*

I've run out of things to say because your art is so good. :,D But heck yes I love the way Vincent's hair covers his eye like that. It makes him look,, i don't know,, a little intimidating but also mad. I really like the dynamic of this sketch :")

Yeah, he created them :D in fact Quetzalcoatl was the first thing he created, Xolotl is called his twin but was created around the time when everything mortal was created since he's the deity of death c:

Yet Quetzalcoatl is lazily called Tezcatlipoca's brother, though he is more like first-born I guess? Lmao

a little unclear what you mean with Xolotl- so he was created when mortals were created as the god of death, but Tezcat was created when immortals were created?

I always love the Aztec's art/clothing because of how intricate and symbolic it is. *^* Look at those shoulder epaulettes!

It is a little confusing- think of it like this

1. Tezcat starts to exist (nothing else exists yet, it is simply a being that has the power to create things out of nothingness)

2. The being creates Quetzalcoatl

3. The being creates the universe and everything else and in this also creates Xolotl (along with the life he creates Xolotl also comes to take it away after a set time)

4. The humans start worshipping the being, so the being takes on a name and an appearance that is similar to how they picture him although technically he doesn't have neither gender nor a name, he just goes by what the Aztecs named him

5. After that everything progresses and the Guardians come to power slowly, being picked from the humans

Oh yes there were four original Guardians too, Chronos, Erebus, Helios and Chronos' consort Ananke,,,, to make it even more confusing ;)

Along with the Elementals who also were created around the same time as everything else

Ahahhh yes me too, I recently finished watching a series that inspired me to to some more nonsensical intricacy lmao
