Whew im not sure I have good advice either, I get very heated too and it usually involves me scream cussing at whatever or whoever, so what I do to try my best to avoid that is screaming as hard and delebrite as you can into a pillow, drawing while listening to music

So it's late I'm tried been In a car for about 6-7 hours but I wanted to do art so simple sketch that I hope to work on later , also three new Christmas OCs that will be helping out in Rudolph's story line ^^

So I finally got my hands on procreate since instead of waiting I bought it once I got the gift card xD

so first official art on procreate still figuring everything out but I look forward to using it more often, it's so nice not having to watch a add every day for the brushes xD
