Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

and then Roux becoming a vampire because the idea that she feeds off of Dazz (and since Dazz eating anything is just iconic and she just like... gives him random stuff to eat so she gets nutrients / vitamins / etc.)
