Character: ragdoll dog (or tape measure dog if the horn stuff is too religious or you can't draw them!)

Expression + personality: created from scrap materials in some strange alchemy experiment, they try to live a quiet life but they continue to find themselves playing a part in the main news and recent events due to their knowledge and history. probably some annoyed and tired expression lmao.
