Oh, yeah, true-
Well, for the most part, my character's ages fluctuate quite a bit. Though, typically, Karma and Kostas tend to be young adults (early 20's to early 30's). Same with Ingall. Briar and Nico are typically younger, but early 20's would work for them as well.
Akira and Sol don't have typical ages at all, so anything will work for them, honestly.

As for their interest/involvement in a rebellion?
Akira will easily join. Fucked up systems are not their cup of tea, as you can imagine.
Briar will also get on board pretty quickly. Nico too, probably, though that'd have to be sometime after their last relationship or toward the end of it since Adiar would likely be a sucker for the government and its ideals.
Karma's immediately on board. Fuck the government!
Kostas would follow Karma to the end of the earth, so he'll just go along with that. Especially since Karma's ideas are based on the logic of inequality.
Ingall and Sol are harder to say.
Ingall really just depends on the timeline. If we're in a time a little before his family's deaths when his and Amar's relationship was relatively stable, then he's quite well off. Upper-middle class and somewhat sheltered. Plus, Amar is very much upper class, so he'd be spoiling Ingall and his family too.
If we're jumping to after his family died, we get to a slightly more likely scenario where Ingall's living with Amar. Still sheltered and taken care of, but starting to see some flaws through Amar and his manipulation tactics. Plus, Amar wouldn't let him get a job at all, so he'd be fully reliant on him at that point. Honestly, this might be the easiest place to start for Gall. If he meets the right people, he can be swayed to join relatively easily.
Or, we could do after Ingall just ran away from Amar. Cue the struggles and panic of having stolen money and suddenly being stranded on the street. At this point, it'd be slightly harder to get Ingall to do anything at all because he's so paranoid about literally everything.
Then there's Sol.
Either way, we'd get Sol after his father's death.
The question is, how immediatly traumatized do we want them?
Say... right when the severe medical trauma is coming into play (heavy angst right off the bat). He'd be somewhat unreasonable at this point, as in, I'd be playing an almost completely different character than the Sol you know for at least a few posts. Still, if someone could get them out of the... facility... that they're in, he'd do basically anything for that person.
Orrr, we could do when that trauma is still fresh, but they're more aware. Aka traumatic amnesia Sol. As long as he met the right people, they'd join the rebellion relatively easily. Mostly because of his trauma.
Hmmm, so many options...
