| Depending on what your looking for, like rageing stormz said, krita, medibang, and fire alpaca are fairly good free programs, but for paid programs I'd recommend something like clip paint studio or paint tool sai, from my experience with digital art programs. Clip studio paint has to be my favorite program out of them all though and it goes on sale rather often. |

| Hmmmm I feel like I want to dip my toes into RP again It's been a few years and I'll probably be rusty (well never was the greatest but can't hurt to try lol) Uhhhh mostly RP with human or humanoid type characters and don't do fandom related stuff |
