Vengeance concentrated.
Fire erupted from her paws, singing the grass below them. The other pups gasped in awe.
"How are you doing that?" Luna asked.
Vengeance ignored her. "Let's see if i can set that bush on fire from over here!"
The bush was about five paces away from her, but she could do it.
The bush erupted into flame, sending sparks flying.
"Ooooh!" The pups said in usion.
The grass beneath the bush caught flame, spreading towards them.
Vengeance let the fire engulf her paws, enjoying the burning sensation.
The fire was spreading to fast. "Stop it!" Thorn said.
She could. But she didn't want to.
She wanted to see the bush burn to ashes.
The fire was spreading towards the trees, and if it reached them, it could start a forest fire.
"Vengeance stop it. Right now." Gorgon growled.
Vengeance turned toward her, irritated. As much as she wanted to see the bush finish burning, the den would be in danger from the forest fire, and it would have to stop before it got out of her control.
Besides, gorgon was higher than her, so she was obliged to do as she said.
There was a wooshing sound, and the fire fell down into ashes.
Of course, Vengeance wouldn't have to listen to those above her when her powers grew....
