What is life without love? He wondered, sitting there under the stars. His vitiligo-spotted body slumped over, resting on the rocky ledge as his vivid yellow eyes gazed across the horizon. He listened to the sounds of the night, despite them being practically muted - the whistle through the trees, the owls' quite whoops from on their branches and the squeaks of the rodents darting for safety. Do the owls only live to eat the mice? Do the mice only live to steal crumbs? There had to be a bigger meaning to all of this.
