Chains isn't a bad hearted wolf. He can't be, because he has no heart. When he was just a pup, his mother was taken from him. He doesn't remember her name, nor the names of his sisters who had gone with her. He presumes they were breeders, and if they had lived long enough to do so, had produced many pups. He himself stayed in the presence of cruel overlords, trained to take over the world. He was, however, sold to a cruddy, run down pack to be the mate of the upcoming Alpha. She was pretty, no doubt, and wholly devoted to him. He had tried time and time again to rid himself of her, to be a lone wolf. She had clung to him, though, like a tick on his back. Even after he threatened to kill her, she merely flopped on her back and exposed her pregnant belly, asking only for enough time for the pups to be born. Just a while longer. Just a while longer. A pregnant female was brought in to take care of the pups, he fancied the female. Dolly did not. He fully intended on drowning both himself and his mate. Heartless beast, cruel beast...
