Both men and women are allowed to step up and rule the kingdom, though it is always the first born child who earns this title;The only exceptions to this rule are when the first born revokes their crown or fails to pass the tests required to become a crowned prince or princess.

She is the eldest child in her family and will inherit the thrown after her father King Velten The Third Of The Mountains. She has a passion for her kingdom and cares deeply for her subjects. She passed her keeper trials and royal trials with scores higher than any other, her father is very proud of her. Her brother, however, does not care for her what so ever. He is a year younger and because of this he will not inherit the crown, though he is very powerful, he has a jealous attitude and can sometimes act violent when angered. Belta is very respectful and places her duties above herself at all times.
