Biography
Kuni was born in a small disorganized pack were members were constantly fighting and the punishment sever. Since Kuni never engage in the fighting it was rare for him to get a meal, and he was often beaten for being to kind. So in he became distant and often kept to himself.
One day during a heavy rainstorm a large and powerful pack attacked them at their den site. Kunis pack was vastly outnumbered and outpowered, but that did not stop them and they fought back to no avail.
The battle soon turned into a slaughter were no wolf were spared. Kuni who had been away from the pack heard the commotion and hurried back. What he saw was a nightmare and he was struck with fear. When the intruding pack noticed him they attacked with many wolves. Kuni snapped out of the chock and flees. The wolves follows him but he manage to outrun them. When he notice that they have stopped their presue he slows down to a jog and continues into the unknown wilderness.
Kuni travels alone heading away from the territory he was born in. After almost a full year traveling alone, one afternoon he catches the scent of blood and the scent of a female wolf. He follows the sent and soon finds a dark colored wolf lying on the riverbank her hind legs in the water. The wolf is not moving and Kuni wonders if he might be too late to help her. He approaches her and when he inspects her face for signs of life she snaps awake and growls at him. Kuni takes a few steps back in surprise. He calms himself down and speaks with a kind voice. I am sorry. I did not mean to scare you. I followed the scent of blood and found you. Are you alright? He looks at her with concern.The female lowers her hackles and he can hear the deep sadness in her voice as she answers. Humans shot me. They took my pack away from me! He watches the wolf with sadness as he can understand her emotional pain. So you are alone as well. Please let me help you. Kuni approaches her carefully incase she attacks. He grabs her neck skin and pulls her up on the dry green grass.
Kuni starts to treat her wound carefully. He looks up as he hears her speak. What is your name? He can hear the curiosity in her voice and smiles. Kuni is my name. And what is your name sweet nose? He smiles at her reaction as he finds it to be very cute. My name is Yunik. She says with a soft voice. Kuni smiles and continues to treat her wound.
