Biography "Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday." Andor was the single pup of his mother's litter, making him the first since...Chancellor Eamonn. Shortly after his birth, both of his parents died, leaving him orphaned. Wolves whispered that this was a sign, that perhaps this pup would become the next Chancellor. Nobody knew for sure, however, and so Andor grew up somewhat normally, though sometimes the young wolf thought others looked at him a bit oddly, as though they were both afraid of him and respected him. He was taught with the other pups, like the other pups, and the older wolves paid more attention to him, perhaps it was because Andor was such a good student. With no siblings to distract him, Andor turned his attention to his studies, surpassing his peers. However, his loneliness also grew, blossoming inside of him until he often felt despondent, though he was careful to hide it. The other wolves seemed to expect something of him, and he felt it himself. He was meant to be great. Andor needed to watch his every paw step, forever. That he was sure of. Months became years, and Andor's solitude was never ending. He grew to be exceptionally handsome and remarkable. His forebearer, Princess Virva, was proud of him, always telling him that he would have made King Yngvar joyful to have such a descendant, and that he was the strongest of his blood line yet . However, Andor was extremely quiet. Sometimes he would go days not talking. He brooded, and took long walks thinking of the problems of the Kingdom. One day, in the rule of King Niklas and Queen Deirdre, he came across a lone female roaming the outer woodland. He was drawn to her unlike any wolf before. She returned his gaze, only to turn away and run, fading into the trees. A few months later an illness came once more to the Kingdom, and with it great loss. Families were separated, and weakness set in. Priestess Yasmin prophosized that only a great she-wolf would be able to save them. Not long after, the elusive female returned, and offered herself to be mate to King Niklas, who had lost Deirdre and his son, Waldemar, and then said she would be mate to the next King as well. She became pregnant with Niklas's offspring, but her eyes were on Andor. She called her to him, and he served her. They spoke to one another, and took walks in the forest. In the beginning stages of her pregnancy, they hunted together. He was her guardian and a strong sense of possession came over him. She gave birth to two daughters, Princesses Irina and Delaine, and but weeks afterwards, they spent many passionate nights together. Andor felt no sense of betrayal or shame for his actions. To him, his actions were due to the purest of love, as opposed to desire alone. It was a great shock to him when Yasmin announced he would take Niklas's place as King, and Merja would be his rightful mate. He saw the devastation in Niklas's eyes, but overlooked it. His blood was surging in his veins. Merja would be his. She would have his pups in the future, and they would not be separated. Merja and Andor loved one another in a way that burned like a volcano, constantly burning and ready to explode. As soon as Irina and Delaine were old enough, they were moved to a separate nursery, and Niklas visited and stayed with them almost all the time. Meanwhile, Merja and Andor helped the Kingdom recover from the illness, and their power grew, borders expanding. They planned in years to come to conquer even more land, and gather more wolves into their pack. They would become invincible. | Personality Andor is an intelligent but cautious wolf. Without any sibling to compete with, he is often unsure of himself, leading him to be gravely afraid of making mistakes. He is unaware of the rarity of his birth or the speculation behind it, and has always believed the attention is because of his intelligence. While not ambitious, Andor would enjoy a higher position for the chance to help the Kingdom, and do right by others, instead of having any political or self motivation. He is respected and always respects others, practicing diplomacy even when he doesn't agree with another wolf.
