She had forgotten too much. But she remembered when she was young, and she knew she was still a Fighter. She had been to many packs. None would she die in. She would Fight, Fight until Death had won. Death would never win. She refused. She had gotten many names. One of which was Striped Sheperd. But that was changed to Gloryful Killer, after her ancestor. But she would always be a Fighter. No name could bind her. Soon, Death would win. She had to keep being a Fighter to keep from joining Death's Daughters. She hated to admit it, but her son would be the only one to uphold her title. He wouldn't be a Fighter, but a Breeder. Hope Crusher would be Fighter. He had the guts, the strength. He would be the one who kept the Pack from siege. Harley Quinn would be the one to calm the pack. Speckled Madness would keep the pack from going bankrupt. Ren would be Harley's Right-Paw. Dan Reynolds would help with the pups. And the adorable Beautiful Deaths At Midnight. She was Gloryful's adoptive daughter. She had let none of the other pack members near her. Midnight would be Mother. Mother of the pack, raiser of the Pack's pups. Mother of the pack. Soon, the pup would be reborn in Midnight's blood. She was the stone that kept the wall from falling. And Gloryful, Gloryful would be the wall's guard. No one would separate her and Midnight, not even Death.
Fear clutched Gloryful's chest as she fought the bears. They would be the ones who delivered her to Death. No.... She was still needed. Needed by Midnight. Snarling, she jumped at the lead bear. It howled as she dug her teeth and claws into it's flesh, ready to rip it all off when another bear would try to get her off. The plan worked. The bear's mate locked it's jaws on Gloryful and ripped her off. The lead bear screamed in pain as his bare muscle was skinned of it's cover. Then Gloryful let Hope Crusher finish it off as she fought for her life with the other bear. Hope Crusher leaped to Gloryful's side and slayed the bear, growling in the progress." We go," Gloryful snarled.
"Gloryful!" Both Midnight and Gloryful's son called." Midnight," Gloryful purred. The defected pup Gloryful had a son stopped dead in his tracks, and turned away." Petty," Gloryful muttered. He should know by now. The food brought in for the day was piled high, being buried. Harley had come over to inspect Gloryful's wounds, obviously unhappy. Growling, Gloryful started towards her small Elder's Den." Leave me alone until you have pups who want a story," Gloryful called. Sneering, she knew she had hit Harley Quinn in a weak spot." She'll become strong, hopefully before Death gets I," Gloryful muttered as she curled up for a nap, hoping Death wouldn't take the advantage.
