A lone wolf remained inside of a cave filled with gold and trinkets galore. Eyes of sapphires gleamed brightly in the darkness as he moved around, sorting out the horde of treasure. "Brother." Came a silky voice behind him. The wise wolf shifted his weight to turn and see who it was that approached him. Ah. "Tatsuya. Why have you come?" The lone male inquired. The other male, deemed Tatsuya, raked his greedy gaze over the mountain of gold. "You know why. It is time, brother. We are the last of our kind. If we do not do as father and mother ordered us.." "I know." The lone male interrupted the other, a sigh escaping him as he did. "I know. I just...I worry of what is to come. You know my fate. I will not end...and yet everyone else will." The dark orbs of the brute fixated on Tatsuya, sadness and astounding wisdom flowing through them. "Do not worry brother...We will find a way to reverse your fate. I promise." At that, Tatsuya padded over and nuzzled the older brute on the shoulder. "Until then...we must gather others. Become what our parents wished us to be." He uttered, straightening his body and lashing his tail as he studied his brother, the way his golden brown pelt seemed to blend in with the gold. "Let's go, Zhi." And at that, the two padded out, leaving the cave behind without a second glance. Of course, they'd visit, but not for a while. Not until they had their mates.
The cave was in all actuality a lair. Filled to the brim with gold...

Nidhug: Name meaning 'dreaded striker'. This rank is for the warriors of the group, which forms battalions of poisonous weapons. When fighting a Nidhug, best be aware of the shoulder spike pads they wear, for the tips aren't just sharp..they're deadly.
Ehecatl: Name meaning 'wind serpent'. This rank is for those who hunt prey that live in the sky. They also prefer the plains then closed quarters.
Attor: Name meaning 'gall, poison, or venom'. This rank is for the ones who make the weaponry for the Nidhug. They work best with herbs and what not. They are also the Weyr's healers.
Shesha: Name meaning 'that which remains'. Those who are aged in the Weyr are given this rank. They are honored and treated with high respect.
