Biography "There is no fire like passion, there is no shark like hatred, there is no snare like folly, there is no torrent like greed." Sir Bricius was born in a damp swamp to a sick mother. She survived long enough to teach him how to fend for himself before passing away. Bricius often took advantage of other wolves, stealing their prey or chasing them away from warm dens. He gradually developed into a hard, unfriendly wolf only focused on his own survival. When a beautiful wolf named Iseult approached him about joining her pack, he was intrigued at the thought of belonging to something. He begrudgingly agreed, but soon found his new position as a lowly Knight irksome. He began to turn his eyes to the higher position of Chancellor, greedily determined to become a higher ranking wolf and advisor to the one wolf he was loyal to beside himself, King Yngvar. However, once Yngvar stepped down, Bricius's chances of becoming a Chancellor grew slimmer. While Piaras supported Bricius, Queen Thora did not, and Piaras deferred to Thora. Lord Éamonn, the wolf he hated most in the pack, son of the dead Chancellor, Njörðr, became the next Chancellor instead of Bricius. This made him furious. Aside from his service to the past and current kings, is daughter, Dame Catriona, was the only thing that made him stay in the pack. She had the highest potential of her generation and had mated a wealthy and prominent Duke of another kingdom. If she had a well born daughter, she might become the next Priestess after Aisling or one might have the position of Healer which has yet to be claimed. Éamonn also had a pregnant daughter, Freyja, though she was only uniquely pretty and not so gifted. Bricius had to win. If Éamonn beat him again, he would exact revenge. | Personality Sir Bricius is selfish and single minded, but a very intelligent wolf. He enjoys protecting the Kings, but little else but spending time with his daughter, Dame Catriona. He is powerful physically, but wants to be powerful in other ways too. He particularly despises Lord Éamonn who took his desired place as Chancellor, and Éamonn's deceased father, Njörðr, because he feels he should have been the Chancellor. Bricius feels that power allows a wolf to be secure, and respects those who have it. Lastly, while Bricius is only loyal to a few, he is loyal to them for life, and to their bloodline. Anyone the Kings hate, so does he, anyone they like, he tolerates, and anyone they love, he protects.
