They both descended in a flash of light under the cover of a storm, two pairs of eyes golden. Almost immediately, their coats were soaked in a heavy layer of water. This place would be excellent. The water felt soothing to the touch, and it fell in an endless sheet from the sky. They had come from the void, and in an extremely favorable area no less. A streak of lightning scorched the grass somewhere near, but it wasn't concerning. "Come on, let's explore!" She chimed, tail furiously waving, throwing droplets of the rain onto the ground. "Yeah, okay," He playfully feigned reluctance to amuse her. Hetrecae sniffed, now wary, her nose twitching rapidly. "No signs of others, too. It's all ours!" She was referring to the land of course, they had intentions of claiming it. He had no doubts of her assessment, and bounded forwards to match her pace, a steady run. The landscape was barren save for the endless stretch of grass, likely due to the constant precipitation, as it had adapted faster than the other plants. This would be theirs, and they would thrive.
