2000 covers the base breeding fee, and getting all the pups when they are born. It does not cover an instant birth.
Breeding with jasmine is 1500 mushrooms
POL is only available to 45+R males and means I get first pick of the litter(only one pup) and the breeding fee is only 500 mushrooms.

If we split the profit of pups the breeding fee is only 300, but I will sell the pups myself and send you your half of the profit.
Preferences
You will need to pick up the pups within 24 hours of birth. If I PM you and you are online but dont answer after the 24 hour period I will sell the pups myself unless you have told me you will be late before hand.

And If I sell them myself then I will give you part of the profit.
