Daughter of Champion and adopted daughter of Ebony Drifter.
Born to a mother that wanted her to follow a different path than the one she led, Darling was always told that she didnt need anyone elses approval to be loved. Unfortunately, Darling internalized this a little too much. Ebony Drifter fed into her complex with his own. Eventually, Darling became convinced that her family was destined for greater things than sitting comfortably beside the matriarch.
It was no surprise that she grew up with the goal to seize power over everything she could. Darlings attempts to climb the social ladder led her to drawing the ire of Maples secondborn daughter Acacia. The two cannot stand each other. Acacia may consider Darling to be her rival, but Darling refuses to accept that a wolf like Acacia could ever be equal to her. Acacia barely deserves a future as the next alpha female.
Darling inherited her mothers sole talent for battle and honed it despite her mothers insistence for a quiet, comfortable life. Ebony Drifter was more than willing to teach her in the ways of stealth and strategy.

Spoiled rotten and a father’s daughter. Do not let this deceive you into thinking that she won’t get her claws dirty. Darling likes to think that she always knows just what to say. To her credit, shes considered very charismatic. Darling has no time for wolves that she considers below her.
Darling has her father’s secretive nature and her mother’s dormant thirst for glory. It does not help that she has both of the Betas’ cunning.
