| @Tern I get and understand them not reading everyone's delivery instructions. But the fact they won't even try to open our unlocked gate that they can clearly see doesn't have a lock / way to be locked? That is what bothers us when they claim they couldn't access our delivery location. Normally it's delivered the next day but there have been multiple times that made it delivered too late for the purpose of the item |

| desti yeah </3 i wasnt even home so there wasnt a chance of interception or anything, and the shipping page wasn't loading this morning so,, maybe it was a technical error on their end and thats their best excuse? oh that sucks :'0 they probably dont read the instructions |

We have even put in our amazon delivery instructions that the gate is NEVER locked and all they need to do is open it and like 1/3 - 1/2 the time they claim they weren't able to access our delivery location. It's really bothersome when delivery people do things like this when they know it's an accessable place |
