eyes glow in the dim light that covers the land, ones that look like fire as a wolf watches from the forest's edge, as she looks for something that is now long gone,
The cries of doom echo around as flames flash across her eyes
left burnt and almost gone when voices granted her life anew
but once golden eyes turned to embers
