Katy, Yeah that is definitely a good way, do exercises too like your lines and circles that's what I do they help out a lot ^^

Yeah it's heaven honesly xD You don't have to I believe that you can watch an ad for 24 hours full use, but if you're like me and don't like sitting through ads the cost honestly is worth it.
