the land lies still as the crackle of flames breaks the silence, as a wolf runs back to the smoke, hoping to save others even knowing it would push her closer to the land of gone

sadly she was unable to find away Stumbling into a tunnel she
thought it was a saving grace, alas it only became a tomb
as smoke filled the space the raging flames drowned out the crumbling of earth almost trapping her beneath the land

she only narrowly made it out the opened gap, but fell to the flames now burnt and covered in ash
after the flames a wolf looks for his sister that was lost when the embers came.
