the thing is crystalline eyes display an extra cost in customs which implies it will be applied in customs.. i think crystalline eye dyes do exist as well yes.

i am unclear on the actual answer lol

yea I wanted a ruby-eyed custom, but I was looking for crystalline dyes (for another one) and saw there's an item called ruby eye dye and I was confused cus the custom maker only mentions that crystalline PELTS can't be applied, not crystalline EYES
