Permafrost and her mate Beacon joined the Talen Pack in the fall of their third year. Her pup Pariah was born in the fall by an outlander male named Alfred. Many falls later, she found cilantro under a bush. In the summer of Permafrost's twelfth year, she and her mate produced Sunny. A couple of summers later, she found 10 mushrooms. In the fall of Permafrost's fifthteenth year, the pack moved from the jungle to the desert. She made her first kill, a pronghorn, the following winter.
