Biography "Virtue consists, not in abstaining from vice, but in not desiring it." There is not much one can say about Chancellor Njörðrs past. He was one of the last of the original Kingdom Of Living wolves. He was very loyal to the old Queen, Iseult, and supported her in the mission to retrieve new blood for the pack to survive. His performance in battle is undoubtable perfection. You dont need to see, to be able to feel. In battle he could sense the beating of an enemy's heart. Njörðr could smell the blood of the innocent and the laughter of the evil. The moon glistened of the blood covering his fur, and for just a few moments, it would seem, he was one with the dark thoughts plaguing him. His eyes are a dark brown, glazed into gold. He was blind, yes, but he was lost. Every bone in his body told him his infatuation with killing was wrong. Pieces of him were washing away in the river of blood he had left on the battlefield. As Chancellor Njörðr was bound to assist the Queen in judgement of wolves, yet he could not have anyone but himself judge his actions. He had to negotiate with other packs (and did so quite well) and yet he enjoyed the excitement of war. He had much wisdom and yet little restraint. He would too have been gone if not for Priestess Aisling. While Njörðr had never seen her face, her voice, which consisted of the highest moral truth was cleansing, a balm on his old wounds. He was very much older than her, in great health but his eyes which had never seen the world since he was a young adult (his eyesight got progressively worse until at age 3 he lost it). He was attracted to her, beyond all reason. He, the strength of law and her, the image of morality, began a tender affair. He bound his soul to hers. From their secretive love, she conceived. Njörðr had been a player in his younger years. His excursions in the night brought him 28 offspring, of which 12 remained. He never associated himself with any of them. It was Aisling's son who finally taught him what it was like to be a father. Everything about him was perfect. They named him Lord Éamonn. He took Aisling's dark blue eyes, red husky pelt, silver piebald, and black brindle but Njörðr's facial, back, and tail traits. Njörðr did not forget about his other children but figured it best he stayed out of their lives. Although not favoring King Piaras, he decided to work by him in battle. Even though losing a bit of himself every war, it was always worth it to come home to his beloved Aisling and his son Lord Éamonn. Soon, Éamonn had his own child, Lady Freja. It was a comfort to know that that his line would go on in this pack for years to come. | Personality Njörðr has dead eyes that can freeze ones motions. His cold and calculating movements can scare just anyone away from him. Everyone but the ones he holds dear. They can see past his demeanor into a lost soul trying to find its way back. He doesnt favor a few wolves in his pack, he can feel their souls tainted with impurity, King Piaras is one of those people. Any wolf who felt that fighting against fellow wolves was an enjoyable and necessary activity he did not care much for. The violent Sir Bricius in particular was bordering being ignored and disliked entirely. He is very suspicious towards Bricius. That could be the result of him going slightly mad, but it is unclear. Njörðr is not very social and prefers isolation from his pack, though he loves several of them, but not family. If they ever need help, though, he will be there for them. In the end though, the foggy look in his eyes will forever be a cage without a key.
